I want to give a huge shout out to the new restaurant The Grand Lobby that opened up on Broadway in Amityville this December.
My son had his Baptism this past weekend at a 9am Mass and I had the hardest time finding a restaurant to host about 25 people for brunch afterwards, most either wouldn’t reserve a party our size, or be available as early as we needed.
Thankfully when I reached out to The Grand Lobby, Erin was kind enough to open early for us in their party room and put together a great brunch menu of options for us to choose from.
The food was fantastic and I’m sorry I didn’t snag photos of it!! We added in the open bar of brunch drinks options which were great, and the party included large trays of fruit, muffins, and biscuits with fresh jam at every table, and a large wonderful cake.
Erin, Alex, & Brandon we’re fantastic through out the process. Even allowing us to come the night before and set up our decorations so we wouldn’t need to rush around in the morning, which I was extremely grateful for. We had a few guests who couldn’t stay the whole party and they were great about them putting their dishes in early and taking them to go.
This family business is one we will DEFINITELY be back to for dinners and parties in the future. If you haven’t had a chance to check them out yet, I highly recommend it!

The food was beyond expectations. Large portions, lots of flavor and comfort in every bite. So many gluten free options. The service was excellent and very accommodating. Food presentation was well done, we just couldn’t wait to eat so the pictures don’t reflect the time they put in. We can’t wait to come back to try more items on the menu!

We went to the Grand Lobby yesterday and will be coming back again and again.
I’m not one for reviews, but the entire meal and experience was amazing.
All of the staff was attentive and friendly. Erin was especially welcoming and provided outstanding service.
We started with the mussel pot that had the most amazing broth and toasted bread for dipping. The frizzled onions were unexpected, and my reaction was simply oh my wow and incredible!
We both chose the prime rib French dip that had yummy gooey melted provolone cheese, caramelized onions, and horseradish garlic aïoli. The toasted baguette it was on was to die for. Omg good.
We ended with the tres leches dessert which was beautifully presented and one of the best most mouthwatering and creamiest desserts I’ve ever had! Even the decaf coffee was fresh and tasty.

The service was outstanding, and the ambiance was absolutely wonderful! I loved the décor and the music—they really set the perfect mood. The cherry on top was definitely the food.
We started with the octopus appetizer, which was delicious. For our entrées, we ordered the Branzino and the short rib pappardelle—both were incredible and full of flavor.
Erin was very professional and provided excellent service, and Brandon was just as great. Their attentiveness truly enhanced our dining experience.

Absolutely my new favorite restaurant. The food is delicious. Love the salmon and risotto and am obsessed with the Brussel sprouts appetizer.
My girlfriends and I sit at the bar for dinner and their new bartender Dougie is such a great addition to the atmosphere. He’s engaging and knows his drinks. Always a fun time when he’s behind the bar. I highly recommend checking this place out!

My friend and I recently got to experience a lovely meal at the new restaurant the Grand Lobby. Such a wonderful addition to the area. The food was filled with impeccable flavor and cooked just right. The burger was double stacked with bacon, caramelized onions and a secret sauce. The sauce that were on the fries with the burger — let’s just say we cleared the plate! The steak had a yummy glaze/seasoning on top and was cooked perfect (a medium rare). Our drinks tasted fresh. Behind the bar you can see they have a juice machine (grapefruit, orange lemons lime .. you name it). The service was excellent and welcoming. Already looking forward to going back!

The Grand Lobby is an amazing restaurant—honestly, everything on the menu is great. My personal favorites are the char-grilled octopus, Siam calamari, and the whiskey smash burger. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Kenny, the host, is always so kind and personable.
Shelby, the bartender, is truly exceptional and a huge reason we love coming back. Her drink-making skills are unmatched—every cocktail is beautifully presented and delicious. She makes the absolute best drinks, and my personal favorite is her creamy espresso martini.

The grand lobby is definitely a hidden gem in Amityville village. I came for the first time a few weeks ago for the galentines event they hosted and came back for the 80’s brunch today. The owners Erin and Alex are amazing very welcoming. They also own Park Ave Grill in the village as well. The service and food are top notch. The staff is amazing as well. The bartender Dougie Fresh was amazing very personable and kept the drinks flowing. Please come and show some support you will not be disappointed. I’m a firm believer in supporting local a s small businesses and I will definitely be back soon.
