The black pepper dressing is exceptional. The food quality is high, and the customer service is outstanding. I am uncertain about the restrooms, but overall, I will definitely be returning.

Absolutely Outstanding!

Raising Cane’s has quickly become one of my favorite go-to spots for comfort food. The chicken fingers are hands down some of the best you’ll find anywhere—crispy on the outside, juicy and flavorful on the inside. Paired with their signature Cane’s Sauce and perfectly toasted Texas toast, it’s a meal that hits every time. Even the crinkle-cut fries are consistently hot and well-seasoned, and the coleslaw adds a fresh, crunchy balance to the plate.

The atmosphere is clean, upbeat, and inviting. Whether you’re dining in or grabbing food to go, the vibe is casual and fun, often with good music and a bright, energetic feel. It’s the kind of place where you can relax and enjoy your meal without feeling rushed or crowded.

What really puts Cane’s over the top is the exceptional service. Every time I’ve visited, the staff has been friendly, efficient, and attentive. Orders come out quickly and correctly, and the team always seems genuinely happy to be there—which makes a huge difference in the overall experience.

If you’re craving quality chicken with fast, friendly service in a fun setting, Raising Cane’s is absolutely worth the stop. Five stars all around!

First time having raising canes. It was a late night craving and they didn’t disappoint. I was so worried it wouldn’t be good because it was right before they were closing and off course because it’s fast food but honestly it was so worth it! Wow, I didn’t expect it to be so tasty and perfect. Their chicken sandwich, the bread they use for the sandwhich, the fries, sauce, and tea it’s just unbelievably delicious. Highly recommend. We will for sure make this out spot for chicken.

This could have easily been a 5 star review until today when rhe manager Abby, decided it was my fault for her employee not getting my order right even after I tried to correct her because I get the same meal every night for work. If the total is off, I know my order is off. I said why am I not getting charged for my butter on both sides toast and the cashier said they don’t charge for it in a combo. I said it wasn’t a combo but I won’t argue about free toast. I get my food and I have buttered on both sides CHICKEN. At this point I’m not upset because it was just a mistake, I’ll go inside and get my toast. Abby the manager decides to argue with me that I did not pay for the toast, so I don’t get it. Now in order for me to get new chicken and toast, it took roughly 30 minutes all together to get my food. On top of it, I was made to feel like the bad guy for ordering the same way I always do and its never a problem. I will NEVER come back after how I was humiliated and disrespected. Good riddance Raising Cane’s.

Brought two basketball teams here. Only complaint is I wish they had more seating. Everyone was able to find a seat though as all 12 girls crammed themselves into the round corner table. The food was hot and fresh. Fries weren’t my favorite but still good with their dipping sauce. The chicken tenders were great. DH and I split a 6 piece and it was filling. Fun disco balls hanging up. Would eat here again!

First off, I like the atmosphere of this place! Very very nice employees as well!
This place was pretty busy yesterday when me and my friend stopped by.
I was blown away by the small menu, which is a good thing. Stick to what you know, I say!
The food wasn’t the best though, I’m sorry to say. The fries were mushy (I only ate 3), the chicken tenders were just ok, at best.
The Texas toast and the Coke were good though.
I was told this place was good, but I wasn’t too impressed

This is the second Raising Cane’s location I’ve eaten at, and both have been wonderful. (we split the caniac combo both times) The chicken tenders are definitely some of the best I’ve had. Both visits have been with my girlfriend and her son, and my girlfriend agrees with me that the quality of the food is definitely a step above most places like it. The atmosphere is really laid back as well. I may have mentioned that in my review of the other location I’ve visited in Murfreesboro. If you haven’t tried this chain, I’d definitely give it a try if you like chicken tenders. Both locations have been great. I didn’t ask on my first visit if they could hold the salt on the fries since I have a sodium restriction, but I did this time, and they held the salt on the fries for me, which I greatly appreciated and makes me want to return to the restaurant even more.

I ordered 2 chicken fingers combos and a 2 piece children’s chicken combo. The chicken was seasoning perfectly, not too salty. They serve honey mustard or Cane’s sauce. Love it, love it, love it! They accidentally gave me the wrong side order. I was informed to keep the fries and the order was corrected with the coleslaw I originally ordered. The bathroom only serves 1 person. There is no baby changing station. It may be a bit smug for wheelchairs. The restroom was kept clean though.

Was there for the Grand Opening on 03/23/2023 @6:30pm. Unsure what the wait time for the drivethru was but I was not wanting to wait with my car running. So I’ve decided to park my car and in line outside, THANK GOD there was a Live DJ to entertain us and keep the mood happy and entertained they definitely got kudos for that. Waited almost an hour to before I’ve ordered and the food didn’t take long to come out as well. We dined in and it was a great experience from start to finish. Corporate Crew was present and brought the experience better talking to everyone. Staffing was great for it to be a Grand Opening it was handled it very real. Environment and atmosphere is very vibrant, it gave me “in my backyard chilling and talking it up vibes.” I was so impatient I didn’t want to wait for my food to cool down and burnt my lip and tongue from the food being fresh out. Dine in experience was great for me, unsure about the drivethru and how the food would come out. Here are our pictures.
