I sat inside to eat and had a good experience! The employees were very nice and the decor, inside as well as outside, was very cool! One male employee even took the time to explain who the owner was in a picture on a wall, and told me that the restaurant’s mascot is the owner’s dog, Cane! All things I did not know. The decor was seriously cool. It was clean inside, lots of wheelchair accessible seating and restrooms. The food was fresh and tasty.

Visiting the area, wanted a quick lunch. Christian greeted me when I entered. What stood out most was Christians great demeanor and customer service acumen. The type of employee that takes ownership which is rare to find. The chicken fingers were crisp and tender. The restaurant was very clean.

Just a quick review to say that this place is amazing! Their food is obviously great (I’ll write more about that another time) but today what I really want to talk about is the service. I came here yesterday for lunch and accidentally left my wallet. When I returned the today to try and retrieve it, the employees were so kind and patient in helping me get it back. They saved the day! Bless the nice employees at raising canes!

Clean and odor free lobby. Ordering was easy and food service was quick. Plentiful seating. Parking can accommodate SUV and RVs. Trailers may be a bit tight. Restrooms are clean. Outside seating available.

I visited the day after their grand opening and there was an abundance of friendly staff on hand. The food was served before I even finished ordering.

So we ordered out chicken and waited and it’s not that busy. They probably gave our order away to someone else or skipped it. After 30 minutes, an employee asked if everything was OK, and I said, “Not really, we’ve been waiting for over a half hour,” and they’re scrambling to put it together. So disappointing.

My family and I have been coming here since it has opened and have always had a great experience. Staff is friendly and always greet you with a smile. The food is always hot and has never been cold or soggy, and the Canes sauce is definitely its the top of dipping sauces.
