Ordered, 3-finger combo, without a drink, bun-both side toasted with additional fries and two sauces. Especially asked for fresh fries and golden or well done. Got the food, but from chicken to all fires, are old and unhealthy to eat. All the fries and chicken that I payed $16.51 total will go in trash.
I last almost $17, and Canes last a lifetime customer, and I wasn’t going to complain or cut business with Canes if this was the first time mistake, but in fact they push the waste food on customer, without worrying about customers health or Canes reputation. All those fries are going to trash can.

In the area, and chose this spot for a bite to eat. I had not been in this franchise before. Tried the three pieces of chicken lunch meal. I must say, I really like how quick the food is prepared and ready. The chicken was crispy on outside and moist on inside. Very delicious indeed. The French fries were cross cut and done well. The addition is the thick toast. Very goid with meal. I really enjoyed the meal. Dwfinately would return when in the area. Bathroom was clean. That is a plus.

Son says this was the best meal and loves the sauce. Cashiers were great and very welcoming. The greeting when anyone walks threw the door is nice. Overall wish there were more in Michigan but would definitely come back.

The other day I had a bad day at work and I wasn’t in the best of moods. As I was driving home I realized I didn’t have any food at my house so I just decided to go to this Caine location. When I walked in I was welcomed by the biggest smile from a worker name Tony. He was super friendly like we were best friends for years it was really nice to experience that. When my food came out that same employee called for me and I walked up again Tony with that same friendly smile asked if I needed anything else. I replied no and went back to my seat. While eating he was walking around asking guest if they need anything with that same smile. I told him how good of a job he was doing and I shook his hand and telling him my name. About 20ish minutes later I finished my food and started to leave. As I was leaving I hear from behind me Tony saying have a good night Tyler I wasn’t expecting for him to remember my name. This made my night it was much needed. Thank you Tony!

Chicken strips are very good. Customer service is nothing to complain about, and the atmosphere is great. It feels very trendy and nice compared to walking in any other fast food establishments. The cane’s sauce is great, and now I can’t have the chicken without the sauce. You haven’t tried a chicken tender until you have tried canes. It is worth visiting and the chicken is perfect. My typical order is the big box with the extra tenders. I dont like coleslaw, so they let you trade it in for an extra canes sauce. Much appreciated. Always excited to go to canes.

I sat inside to eat and had a good experience! The employees were very nice and the decor, inside as well as outside, was very cool! One male employee even took the time to explain who the owner was in a picture on a wall, and told me that the restaurant’s mascot is the owner’s dog, Cane! All things I did not know. The decor was seriously cool. It was clean inside, lots of wheelchair accessible seating and restrooms. The food was fresh and tasty.

I just love chicken tenders. So, this is a place for me. I always get the box combo. 4 pieces of deep fried chicken tenders ,french fries ,coleslaw and Texas toast and also a medium drink. Always hit the spot. I always dine in so I can get unlimited refills on the fountain drinks.
