By far the WORST establishment that I have had the displeasure of visiting. I would give negative stars if I could. Had to wait a total of 30min for iur food through the DRIVE THRU… and it still wasnt right.. when the husband finally went in to check on it, the girl behind the counter got SUPER hateful because he asked “i was just checking on our order through the drive thru.” Ordered a flamethrower, the burger only had cheese and sauce on it. Sure is an expensive burger to not receive what you ordered. Terrible experience all around.

This place is a joke. We have gone 2 times since moving to the area and they never can seem to make a blizzard? It’s Dairy Queen for goodness sake. I used to work for DQ and could never imagine not being able to serve customers ice cream. This store has to be loosing a lot of money but no one seems to care. And it’s been a good month between visits we won’t be going back.

Absolutely horrid. I stopped on the way back home from ATL and I wish I wouldn’t have. The service was slow and almost non existent, the bathrooms were Absolutely disgusting! My kids were traumatized and I will forever have the images sketched on my head. Not to mention the smell of this place. It’s Thanksgiving and you would think they would be up to par more so now then every other day. How they have passed inspections are beyond my understanding. Stay away there was trash thrown everywhere, they were out of everything and the service was so slow we thought the workers were still home for their Thanksgiving break. Get better DQ

Stopped at this store while traveling. I ordered 2 blizzards, 1 sundae and small fry. Upon ordering the fry with no salt, the cashier literally yelled, “She want a fry with no salt!” I guess it’s against the law to order fries with no salt when you are watching your salt intake. So I am guessing by the photo I didn’t receive a full fry.
They wanted to sit one of the blizzards in the cooler because it came out runny. Like I have time to just wait around on the ice cream to freeze. The sundae was pure liquid. I asked for a refund and was told I could get a Dilly. I left with nothing. I ordered a sundae because the ice cream is soft. And the fries came with salt even after I requested no salt. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. AVOID THIS DQ ALL TOGETHER!

Very slow service and rude as h***! Didn’t get the order right when ordered! Asked for 2 triple cheeseburger combos got double cheese burger combos, drinks as you can see are 3/4 full(all they have is dr.pepper is what we were told) cheese curds are all mashed together. I travel for work alot and when we were given our food we always check our order before leaving and make sure it’s right because well we paid for it. As we were checking it we were told to pull forward with attitude, then after we pulled forward and was checking the order a lady came out with same attitude and asked if we were missing something and we said we just wanted to check and make sure our order was in the bag. She rolled her eyes and went back inside. If you don’t want to be there and treat paying customers fairly then don’t be there!

Absolutely horrible. Another customer got very rude with cashier. Cashier did not defuse the situation but continued to argue with the customer. Workers from the back came to see what was going on instead for fulfilling orders. And took a cash “tip” from angry customer. Waited more than 30 mins for 2 cheeseburgers, 1 blizzard, and a milkshake. Burgers were just thrown together! Will not be returning to this location!

Double cheeseburger, cheeseburger. Both sandwiches came with partially melted shredded cheddar cheese and had been microwaved. The edges of the burgers were hard and rubbery and they tasted like reheated leftovers. This was the worst DQ experience.

Worst dq experience. Ordered a small blizzard and it wasn’t mixed- all my toppings were at the bottom. Also ordered a burger with the works just no meat and ended up getting only a ton of lettuce and mostly mustard. I was up charged for the lettuce too. Seriously? I’d give this store no stars if I could.

Drove 30 minutes to get food we placed on the app. Said they couldn’t make over half of it. Who’s the GM? Who’s failing with truck orders? Whos failing to contact customers to make them aware when they place an order that they cant do anything? Couldn’t even do the refund so now we have to wait to get our money back from an online it support…. As someone who works as a GM, you should be ashamed for letting this continuously happen.

Went there and the front cashier was in the back, drive thru cashier didn’t want to assist. Drinks from fountain were out, while waiting for food noticed a roach in the dining room. Got a refund and left.
