We used to buy pupusas in this restaurant, before they were very good and with a lot of filling. Today we bought Chicharron with cheese pupusas, and there were some only with the dough and nothing inside, when I opened another it only had a little filling. For what they charge for each pupusa they should do a better job.

This place has the best tacos in Savannah. The gentleman at the register is very polite and a cool guy. They have a big menu so if you’re trying to explore a little in Mexican and South American food this is the place.

I called but the phone number is disconnected so I drove there on a Saturday at 3:30pm and they were closed. The door was locked but it looked like lights were on inside. What a way to run a business

Great discovery off Ogeechee Rd. This stretch of US HWY 17 has several taquerias and authentic Latin-American restaurants. Raices Latinas Restaurant is one more to put in rotation. Pupusas are a speciality but I saw a big bowl of caldo or sopa with what looked like huge shrimp in it going to another diner’s table. That’s for next time! Ellos hablan inglés.
