Rafis Platter opened in Olean in August of 2017. We are a very family oriented restaurant. Our menu includes a variety of Mediterranean, Italian, and American dishes. We offer dine in, take out, and catering services. We pride on making your dining experience enjoyable.

I’m traveling for work and found this little gem! I was driving by to find a place for dinner and was drawn in by the ambiance of the outdoor seating. I looked online to see what type of food they serve and was pleased to see the Mediterranean menu. Treshina was an amazing server. Very friendly and kept checking to see if I needed anything. Gayle was very friendly too. I had the privilege of meeting the owner who told me she grew up in this community. I would 1000 percent recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a great experience at a great price! The cocktail menu is also amazing!

My husband and I were looking for somewhere to eat at for our anniversary, and had wanted to try Rafi’s for awhile. We were both astounded at the food quality and how much flavor was packed in without being overwhelming. We were absolutely delighted the entire meal. The service was excellent, and we had interactions with various staff. It seemed very apparent that they all enjoyed their job and had so much to recommend. I couldn’t have been more pleased!

We went here the other night for the first time since they revamped their menu and outdoor space. Our waitress, I think her name is Jenn, was amazing. She was so knowledgeable and just had great energy. We were, however, disappointed with the new menu. Some of our favorite items were removed. We also left a little hungry. We always use to have leftovers when we ate here. We were also disappointed that our entrees didn’t come with the chips and salsa, pita bread and side salad. I feel like the portions are smaller but you’re paying the same price or even a little more but getting less food. Sadly, we won’t be coming as often as we use to.

The new menu is absolutely delicious Middle Eastern fare. So happy to have healthy vegan options made from scratch, with beautiful fresh veggies and zesty flavor. My hummus platter was divine! Could eat it every day. 🙂 Great place to go sit outside on the deck and enjoy a fabulous meal.

What a great restaurant! Lots of outdoor seating and there was live music. I had the gyro Mediterranean salad, raspberry mojito, and a side of fries all of which I highly recommend! The gyro meat was delicious. Definitely on the pricier end but I would come back.

Just fair warning to all this restaurant is possibly closing for just a few months. It has been slow plus, there are only 2 regular waitresses. They are always friendly and the food is GREAT!!! Love the whole place and we look forward to seeing them reopening next spring. We will miss Rafi’s food and flavors. Merry Christmas to Rafi and his entire family along with the wait staff at all of the family’s 4 restaurants!!!!!!

We were in town last month and I had pre decided we would visit this restaurant while in Olean. Hands down some of the best food I’ve ever had. We went for lunch and sat on the patio which is lovely and you can tell the place is super fun at night. Our waitress was lovely as well. We had the chicken and beef as well as an appetizer; which was insanely good. It’s been a month and I still think about the delicious food we had here. 10/10 if you go to Olean I highly recommend you stop here.
