My husband and I sat at high table in bar area. Table for 2. Bartender takes care of these high tops. She was so nice and very experienced. Her name was Joanie. We both had fish tacos. They were fantastic!

Hadn’t been in a while since the Pawtucket location closed and My girls had asked to go. Definitely a bad decision. We ordered an app and our meals. When the app cane it was very good can’t complain there at all but when our food came out and we started eating after I got about halfway through I noticed a hair in my food. (Definitely not mine or my kids as we have long hair and it was short like a mans hair) My daughter also had the same kind if hair in her food as well. I brought it to my waiters attention when he finally came back to our table and all he did was take the plate say sorry and handed me my check. I was looking for a free meal but at all but considering I didn’t really eat they could have at least comped my meal but no.. Needless to say we will Not be going back.

I think they must’ve recently changed staff because I went in last week and it was totally different than this week this week. They are so efficient. The food was so delicious.cheers to the chef and thank you for the turn around. Not much we can do about reviews that highlighted specific experience with specific people, but I’ve gotta say if you go to dine at this specific location, they have improved themselves within the last two weeks.

first time we were at the restaurant Were in Blackstone and looking for a place to have dinner went to google this restaurant was close too where we were. We said let’s try. It had good reviews. What more could you expect for a restaurant great food we had the fish casserole and the fish and shrimp with mashed potatoes, homemade brown gravy and zucchini & squash cooked fresh and was absolutely one of the best fish casseroles we ever had had ,no room for dessert, but the desserts looked incredible great staff, all pleasant and polite, and ready to serve you. I highly recommend this restaurant we will be back.

The prices have increased, the food quality along with meal side options (there are no options) has decreased. I hope you like the 6 or 7 pieces of California Medley on your plate. I get the Seafood casserole every time I go there the portion size was smaller, the seafood was barely hot, the cracker topping was sprinkled on and didn’t cover all the seafood, I now have no choice of sides, the temperature of the mashed potatoes I received was like they were heated up in the microwave luke warm with cold spots and a few pieces of California Medley. The meal was definitely not worth the almost $25 it cost.

Don’t reccomend coming here on a holiday. Party of 3, we come in New Year’s night (Dec 31st) expecting Prime Rib, which was the star special of the night and advertised both on the front board written in neon marker aswell as the new years menu. We sit down, and after 10 minutes learn that they were already completely out and had “just run out” at 5:45PM. Okay, no big deal, right? Well, we overhear from another server serving another table that they had run out the night before, (30th), even though they were only supposed to be serving it the 31st and 1st. They tried to make it right by reccomending we order another cut of steak at almost the exact same price. Also did not make an alcoholic drink properly multiple times. Why lie? Why keep the advertising up even though you had clearly run out more than 24hrs before?

Had Fish and chips first time and prime rib the second visit. Both amazing. Update. This restaurant is amazing! You have got to try the Roast House Mussels! Had had several different amazing dishes, thier steak tips superb, super tender. Have never had a bad meal, delicious desserts if you have room friendly owner and staff!

I decided to try here for takeout today. I got the Chicken Madeira Florentine with eggplant fries and the vegetable of the day. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t amazing either. The sauce had too much of an alcohol taste for me, it is a wine sauce but I don’t think it should taste like alcohol. The vegetables were good but I didn’t love them. It was nice to try the eggplant fries but they were too soggy for me. I’m not sure if that’s normal. All in all not bad, but nothing to rave about.

We started ordering from Roast house 2 years ago when we moved to the area and the food was good but has gone completely downhill. I have had a hair in the burger I ordered, they’ve forgotten items several times even though we were charged for them and tonight when we ordered they didn’t give us the fries we ordered and each meal had about 8 fries, the chicken was barely chicken and the bacon on the burger was so overcooked that you couldn’t even bite it. When I called to complain the manager did not seem to care and just offered to refund the fries. Avoid this restaurant.

Great food. Terrific service. We had a waiter instead of a waitress. It was a very nice change. He put beverage napkins down for coffee and tea. Not common. Highly unexpected. Very unusual. Greatly appreciated. The atmosphere was perfect because the Red Sox were playing the Yankees. They were losing at the time, but they fought for it and won in the end.
