Ordered food to go and added a $1.00 tip for the cashier doing absolutely nothing. He proclaimed for all to hear “A dollar tip great!” I didn’t know that you deserve a tip for writing on a pad and ringing me up much less expected more. If you don’t make enough money here look for a job that pays more. I’m sure with that attitude you have so many offers you won’t know what to do…

Rafael’s is a pizzeria. That is the home of the buy one get one. The pizzas were really good, and the atmosphere was a little busy and noisy. But I do have to say that the ranch dressing is over the top.Love that stuff because it is handmade.It did not come out of a bottle!

The gyro plate is excellent. The gyro slices are plentiful. Delicious feta cheese is in the salad. Was too full to get baklava dessert. Will go back & get a serving “to go.”

Obviously the guy at the counter doesn’t know how to do his job. Funny thing he asked me what kind of dressing I wanted on my salad, but supposedly forgot to charge me for it. I ended up not getting a salad because my food was ready when I asked about it.
Only 4 tables with chairs the rest of the tables are booths which are extremely hard for disabled people to get in and out of. Ceiling tiles were covered in black mold.
Funny thing the tickets ask if customers who use cards want to leave a tip. Tip for what? I fixed my own drinks, carried my food to my table, cleaned my own table once finished so lord no I’m not leaving a tip. To me tips are for service not someone cooking my food & putting it on a paper plate. I paid for my food.

Beware of this business! They’re dishonest. We ordered two large one-topping pizzas with a buy-one-get-one deal, and the price was misquoted. They said $17 plus change over the phone, but it ended up being $29.40. When we pointed out the discrepancy, they claimed it was because of extra cheese.

The food was really good, not what I expected from a casual/fast food dining. Big portions. I had enough left over for 2 meals. I had the Cajun shrimp Alfredo meal. The bread that came with it was so soft and so good…we bought extra to take home! Wish we lived closer.
