Rachel’s Keep on Keepin on Food Truck and Coffee Shop is a work in progress. We are adding and changing to improve and offer quality product. Rachel uses her grass fed beef that is raised on the ranch that she occupies with Lee. Actually Lee is responsible for the health and well being of the cows. As a Certified Chef Rachel has a very creative spirit that shows in her food. Come by and see us.

Funky in in! Got to love this place. Rustic is not quite the word. Dare we say hippie ish. Better yet the coffees and breakfast burritos and sandwiches are great. Spend some time here. Enjoy the signs while you wait.

Great food and atmosphere. Medium rare burgers and spiced to perfection! Modelo’s were ice cold with a slice of lime. The service was great. All of the staff were very friendly. Seating is outside, which we had a beautiful day….not to hot. Dog friendly on a leash. Food was a little pricey, but it was so good that we didn’t care!

Wow! Don’t let the food truck fool you. This place has some amazing food, a full bar in the back and great patio seating with a great view of the mountains. Skip the “typical” restaurant and pull over and try this place!

Was curtly told NO customization on burrito. 2 breakfast burritos, drip coffee & bottled water $26. Outside seating only, it was very nice and burrito tasty after pealing off dried tortilla. I’m not impressed with food or service.

Entertaining place to take a break, which we needed after conquering Wolf Creek Pass 10,857ft summit on top of the Continental Divide! Take some time to soak in the experience. We ordered a few ☕☕ and burritos from the woman I’m guessing is Rachel. There is a great menu for everyone all day, but we were satisfied with the grab-n-go items.

Great food, great people. My wife and I like to start off our morning with a SW breakfast burrito and end the evening with a watermelon margarita. Staff is always really chill and helpful. Dog friendly outdoor seating so long as they’re leashed and well behaved.

Lunch is just the best. I loved the southwest veggie. I got it specialised and it was Perfect!! That bar is also an awesome place to wait for your food or just hang out. The drinks are amazing. So fresh and delicious. It is my favorite type of bar. The bartender and the cook are both very personable and awesome and the girls that take the orders are so sweet and upbeat. I will come back anytime I can!

Have ridden by Rachel’s on motorcycles, but today in the truck I stopped. Mid-morning so a breakfast burrito was right on time. Interesting collection of decorations at the front. So I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese burrito. Said yes to the salsa and potatoes. Mannnn, I tell ya. This breakfast burrito was good. Could taste seasoning and the salsa was nice. All subtle though. Parking is a convenient gravel lot. Will have to stop again next time through the area.
