I think every Vietnamese dads and uncles out there would love this place for a night hang out here. Their specialty dishes are really good (clam with toasted rice paper, grilled fish, etc.) but others weren’t really. For banh canh (vietnamese udon with seafood), they used a slurry egg drop soup, which I have never seen any restaurant doing before. The bun rieu cua (vermicelli with crab paste) was bland. But overall, if you’re looking for a nice place to meet with your viet family with a nice vibe, this is the place.

The staff is friendly and service is good. Unfortunately the food does not follow the same standards. The seafood tasted like ammonia, the dishes had a funny smell and beef also tasted funny. The restaurant is interesting and seems to be prepared for big parties.

I normally don’t write reviews but the foods experience for the 1st time will be the last. I order a lot of “oc” dishes and only 1 out of 6 dishes is good. The rest are totally not fresh and you can taste and smel, also you can tast some the ‘sand’ in the oc. Other foods are not great either. So sorry for this bad review. Hopefully the owner improves in future. The restaurant hallway to the restroom is not clean, was wet fill with water.

We were there around noon on Friday, but the place was empty except us. This seemed to be normal since didn’t look like they staff up servers during this hour. I guess most of their business is around dinner time. This place is huge and cater to weddings and big parties. The food was just okay. I ordered salted steam chicken but it was cold and was shredded not chopped into pieces as shown on menu or how I know about steam chicken. They said this is normal. Ugh, I ordered steamed chicken, not cold chicken. Even steam rice, the server said they had to heat it up… hmmm, sounded like they saved up the leftover rice from the date before… not fresh food at all!!!
