Subs were excellent, as always. The young lady working had a very thick accent, very hard to understand. I had to ask her to speak more slowly and repeat her question 3 times and STILL didn’t understand… I don’t think she understood me when I asked her to speak slowly either….why hire people in service positions if you can’t speak fluent English? Don’t think I’ll go back to this location

Stopped in after a Costco shop and boy I should have gone somewhere else! At first didn’t see anyone working. The girl was in the back. When she finally came out to the counter she had her earbuds in and was obviously talking to someone else. She eventually took my order. I went to the front to pay. At no time during this interaction did she even once look at me or speak to me. She remained talking to whoever she was on the phone with the entire time. I received my flatbread pizza and sat down to eat. It was burnt. So busy chatting she entirely forgot why she was there! I have been to this location many times and have had excellent service. Someone needs to be supervising this staff member as she is not capable of being left on her own! Extremely dissatisfied!

I placed an online order, ordered extra sauce on the side, didn’t get it. The sandwich had some sauce in it but it was just a few spots and not all the way through, hardly enough to taste. The veggies were so few it was pathetic. The Pepperoncini peppers were dryer than a popcorn fart. Horrible. I went back to work and added salad mix and seasoning. I won’t go back to this location again. So disappointing.
