Aside from the numerous broken or unusable spots, the service has been decent in the past until recently. My usual mobile order is a burger, large fries, and a large drink. I always request the max amount of sauces offered on the app, which is five. I have gotten this request filled every time previous without issue, untill today. Initially no sauces were included, until I let them know they weren’t in the bag. When this was pointed out, they only provided one of the five. I let the person know I ordered five and they asked if it was a mobile order, I stated yes and that I ordered the max allowed in the app. They walked off, seemingly to grab the rest, but then didn’t return after a few mins. It was only after buzzing that they let me know that supposedly they would have to charge for the other four. Even after I pointed out that I’ve never been charged for sauces, they were adamant that they would need to charge for them. They stated their manager would say the same. Irritated with the runaround for four sauces allowed in the app, I then left. Very disappointed considering the service I’ve gotten in the past from the location. At the very least, it needs to be labeled CLEARLY that the llocation doesn’t follow the mobile app. I’m not paying for sauces I was already told I’m allowed to get without extra charge; if that’s not the case, it needs to be charged in the app. It’s already so pricey, it’s insane trying to charge even more when it’s not posted anywhere, not even the app or location.

I’m going to quit ordering from this location. Everyone that works there seems like they’re miserable. Every time I go to pick up an order it is incorrect. I’m paying $30 to $40 for three meals and I get home and I’m missing entire meals. They just throw what they want to into a bag and you may or may not get your order. Today will be the last day that I ever order from this location I was even going to tip the guy thank goodness I didn’t because I would have been mad when I got home and I didn’t have my meal my entire meal. They don’t even stick around long enough to get a tip anyways they throw your food in your car and run.

This has got to be the worst one yet both times I’ve waited over 30 minutes and there’s no other customers this was just to place order. Another 30 minutes to get the food. This is unacceptable. Sonic do better. Get better staff.

So l order the SONIC Blasts® as always. It’s rare that something will be wrong with this item. Sonic took extremely long just for some ice cream. One of my blast was short and barely had any Oreos in it. After I paid for it. I don’t like the fact that they do not have anything to cover the top with, it’s just exposed. This is dangerous with everything that is going on in the world. People can be sick or something could accidentally go in my blast. It’s not often I can leave and go pick my items up so l order through door dash from time to time. I would greatly appreciate it if Sonic went out there way to cover up the lids and actually give me what l paid for….

This garlic butter bacon burger is the BOMB! Bacon, grilled onions, nice sized patty and garlic BUTTER! Very tasty!!! Quick service and friendly carhops. Always love Sonic! Oh! Try one of their amazing soft pretzel sticks.

I went during the half our drink time today don’t know if the machine to place an order wasn’t working are not but we press the red button twice nobody answered if the call button not working y’all. Need to put up a sign stating that are if it’s just bad service shame shame on y’all.i went to other sonics on sant peter got way better service
