I was going for the nostalgia, I used to love this place as a kid. Walked in today to the man working there screaming on the phone. He literally screamed on the phone while taking my order. I couldn’t even get my questions and answers out without yelling.

DO NOT EAT HERE! I have been a regular at this location for months now. Every time I come in I see the manager on the phone talking loudly and completely ignoring the customers. It seems as if there’s new employees every week. I got a steak sub a couple weeks ago and it was green, moldy, and smelled like rotting fish. I called soon after and no one picked up. I really hope this place gets new management or fixes itself. It’s such a shame that one of the last Quiznos is represented by a store like this.

I wish I could zero stars. My coworkers and myself order from here constantly. The last 3 times have been horrible. We decided to call this time because the sub was smashed, and falling apart. It was so mushy that the paper was ripped apart. When we called to get this rectified, they asked us to bring it back up. We explained we were at work and he said, “well we were busy, so we were rushing” We paid 35.00 for absolute garbage. We asked for new food to be delivered or even reimbursed since there was no way we could eat this. The manager told us there was nothing he could do for us and if we didn’t like that we could take it up with corporate. We explained we order there all the time and lately it has been bad. He told us that he was going to hang up on us because the conversation was going nowhere and he did exactly that. This is horrible customer service. This is not how you treat people who are making your business. My company will no longer be eating there, and we will all make sure we spread the word to people we know. Being nice goes a long way!
** Since I am unable to reply to the “owners” response I will edit my review.. I will not be contacting you because you made it very clear over the phone how little you value your customers. My place of employment will no longer order from you guys and anyone else who will listen. All you had to simply do was make it right instead of treating us like low life scammers.**

Great experience here. My sandwich was perfect and so was the au jus dip. Ordering was very smooth and order was made quick. Restaurant was clean and employee was very nice.
