Came to this location for first time. Ordered a steak medium rare and it came out almost well done. The whole top of my steak was hard so you can tell they put it in the broil to reheat. Then they argued with me about taking the items off my check. Wont return to this location.

Filthy! I had to kick the food from under my table. It was a table of 7 and 3 ate and finished than 3 more and they finished then my daughter. My ribs weren’t charred they were burnt with cold mashed potatoes. Probably because I had to find someone for silverware. My daughter sad her chicken and shrimp was inedible. The only good thing was the drink. I don’t have a lot of money and we adopted 5 kids so once a month we try and have a outing. This was disappointing. I saw the manager but he never came on my side of the restaurant.

Went to have a family dinner we got seated order our food two hours went by and we never received our food. We sat watch people come way after us eat and leave. When ask to speak to manager she was so rude and unapologetic it was sad. Never had I seen customer service care handle so poorly. Wouldn’t suggest this restaurant even if the food was free this place needs new management or needs to be closed.

We had a wonderful experience there! We left Cracker Barrell because they couldn’t accommodate us in an area that was more comfortable even though there were tables being served behind us and next to us. The food was great (appetizers – my favorite there) and our waitress was very kind and patient as we had many questions about the special. We asked the manager if we would have been able to sit wherever we wanted and she said yes, the customer comes first!

This particular restaurant was actually quite clean and I will say that the bathrooms are actually very clean. The food was perfectly fine. My fries came out a little cold and my wife got the fiesta lime chicken and turned out the rice was actually very hard and the chicken was potentially undercooked. Otherwise the burger I got was quite good, my mom got their steak and it was tender and a good medium doneness. The chicken and shrimp platter was very good and the the chicken was perfectly cooked actually.

Service was excellent and accommodating due to the waiter being both extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He was prompt and on point with refills and check-ins.
The establishment was clean and inviting, quiet and relaxing.
The food, like most of these casual chains, was uninspired, fried and reheated bagged to plate meals. It is what it is. My wife loves it. I could do without.
If you LIKE Applebee’s, then this was a very nice and clean version of it. Well run and a credit to the franchise.

Visited for dinner, and was told that they were short staff, so although there weren’t a lot of people, the service was a but slow. That said, the level of service MORE than made up for it. The bartender was extremely attentive and had a great attitude. The waiter was also very friendly and very attentive. Kudos to the staff.
