Never coming back again. Was rushed the whole time by our server who kept hovering and asking if we needed anything or a box to go. We JUST received our food. I mean I’m glad she was attentive but after two bites?? I originally ordered shrimp scampi which was subpar, ordered fettuccini Alfredo which was better. Still kept the shrimp scampi on the bill which ok, I I guess you have to. We were in and out in under one hour. The only reason we came here was because Milano’s was closed and we were craving Italian food. Our mistake.

Came in around 4pm on a Saturday and were seated right away. Had a wonderful server. Got our food fast. Didn’t enjoy the steak Alfredo special they had but as always the soup, salad and breadsticks were great! The only bad thing right now is their location with the road work was extremely hard to get in and out of the parking lot.

Our waiter was blunt on what he liked and didn’t like about The Olive Garden Was an interesting experience, but he was fun. The food was good, but my broccoli was old and salmon overcooked. I asked for it to be taken away because I lost the appetite on the broccoli (black spots).. But I was offered something else… I wish the person putting the dish together had better glasses on..

Came in for soup & salad. You’d think that wouldn’t be an issue. Well it was. Soup was served cold. Tasted off like it was old. Asked for a different soup and all I can say is that it was warmer, but tasted like pure chili powder. Overpowering and inedible. The salad? Horrible. Wilted limp lettuce that appeared to have been frozen and then thawed out. No crunch no flavor. Same for the onions & black olives. Tasted rubbery & no flavor. Even the breadsticks tasted awful. Too salty and hard. Poor service. Inattentive to the problems. Although we’ve eaten here for over 20 years, we will not be back. Sad that it’s gone so far downhill.

Service was good usually pretty good from all the times I’ve gone here. Food was good, decided to go with a you choose me meal I choose yours and it came out pretty good. We ain’t meals we wouldn’t have normally ordered and we like our food. Drink was a bit too bitter but otherwise good flavor with the rum substitute. Bread sticks came in 3 for the first batch the only 2 there after which seems kind of on the cheap side, not sure why since they are good pretty light.

Olive garden is the best in the game for app ordering with curbside pickup. The always get your order out correct and on time. I live about 45 minutes stove away form the restaurant but work close, so I’ll pick it up on my way home. Being realistic, food would be better if I didn’t have to let it sit on the bag for 45 minutes, so no complaints on that either. So, with that said, that’s what it’s about and they’re doing it.

Thank you to Adrian G! I came in for my bday dinner with my family (didn’t tell him that btw) and he gave us the most amazing dine in experience we have ever had! Give this man a raise! His service alone is a reason to come back! Even at the end of the day, he was working hard! He went ABOVE AND BEYOND for our table. Thank you Adrian! I hope you see this and know that you made a whole families night and we will remember this. We can’t wait to come back in and we hope he is working then again!

I realize my family came in at a down time between 3 and 4 however. All four of us ordered unlimited soup salad and breadsticks with an app of breadstick dips. There were no breadsticks. When some came out of the oven we were told they could only bring us 2 because they needed them for new guests. We had to get our app dips to go containers. Horrible service and didn’t even have the one thing they are known for.

Food was good overall. (Except part of my noodles were crunchy. ) I had the Tour… so only a portion of my plate had them. The rest of my food was great. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their food.
Ladies bathroom was foul smelling. I told the manager on duty. He said “yeah we have had sewer issues for some time now”. I think, Automated bathroom spray could have helped some. While waiting for things to get repaired.
