Highly recommend having dinner at the steakhouse. With the all-inclusive plan, it’s an additional $50 per person. You get an appetizer or soup/ salad, main dish with 1 side, and drinks. Alcoholic drinks are extra. I ordered breaded shrimp, filet mignon and broccoli – delicious!
The waiters checked on us constantly and we’re so appreciative and kind.

Went for our anniversary and got a wonderful champagne surprise.

The food was worth every penny.
The service was friendly, upbeat, personsonable, passionate. Felt extremely well taken care of.

All the staff are chatting and having a good time while doing there jobs.

Seeing happy staff, who all speak so highly of eachother and there management, speaks volumes.

Shout out to Fransisco, Samantha and Ramone.

P.s Waiter checked on us lots. Even looked over seen us chewing and waited to come check on us till we swallowed. Not just for a quick how’s it going, drive by. But a genuine, check in.

To me that is important.

Thank you so much Quivira Steakhouse, had the greatest experience.

We went here while we were staying at Puerto Bonito. This is a surcharge restaurant so it isn’t part of the all you can eat or drink package. There is a surcharge to eat here. Ours was about 60 per person. So it is kind of pricey considering what has already been paid for staying in the resort. The steak was very flavorful and cooked perfectly. It was on the thin side for a rib eye. The place is beautiful right on the beach with beautiful views. You can dine inside or outside. Our server was very attentive and friendly. We called to make reservations at 5:00 and got in at 6:00 on a Thursday night. Reservation is required. I noticed they had some steaks at one of the free restaurants at the resort. Not the same ambiance but definitely a cheaper alternative. Hey Tina, how do you send me those pictures to my can you maybe airdrop them so they stay good?

Everything at these resorts is an up-charge. The signature drinks were all a $20 USD/each up-charge. The staff were very nice and polite, but the food was just so-so. My filet was very rare and my Fiancé’s filet was medium-well. We both asked for medium rare. For a place handing out $700 checks for a table of 5, this is simply unacceptable. I only had one drink and everyone else had two a piece. By the way, ask them about their Mac and cheese (a staple at nearly every steakhouse on the planet), it’s KRAFT MAC AND CHEESE out of a box!!! When I asked the waiter about it he totally ignored me! We are owners at the sister resort (Pueblo Bonito Sunset beach) and are now going to unload this time share for dirt cheap due to this recent stay.

Excellent steak house off site of our PB resort. Worth the up charge for the steaks. Excellent wine selection. Right on the beach with great water views. Knowledge servers.

I visited multiple times now and ordered the filet each time. If you order your steak medium, it will come medium rare. The food tastes great. A side of mashed potatoes is small, it’s not sharable. Tres leches cake was more chocolate than cream but I liked it. If you ask for top shelf liquor, they will give you a TOP TOP shelf. Be knowledgeable of your liquor and what you wanna pay for it. They do not have a menu of just liquor and prices, I wish they did. It’s annoying to ask how much everything is.

It was a good experience as we were visiting from one of the sister properties. The views were great and complimented the ambiance. You must have a reservation, and you must have a transportation setup to visit this restaurant if you are not staying at the Sunset. We did get to use our 90 Expedia credit to cover a portion of the meal. The service was very good. The crabcakes were a bit on the spicy side, and I couldn’t decide if it was that or the sauce. Still very yummy. The steak was good, but what made it better were the side dishes. The mushrooms and asparagus were delicious. The chicken was not as juicy as imagined. Still a great meal. The desserts were delicious as well. Overall, it was a good experience.

I love spending my afternoons at Quivira Steakhouse and enjoying something delicious. I recently discovered that Wednesdays are taco days—and they’re amazing! It’s definitely my favorite beach club.

My wife, Stella, and I recently became “owners” at Pueblo Bonito, and we’re starting to regret it after this experience.

I ordered the ribeye steak, which clearly showed an extra charge. When it arrived, I was shocked because it looked and tasted like something from Denny’s. I took two bites and couldn’t believe how poor the quality was, especially in such an incredible restaurant.

When we checked out, I mentioned how horrible the steak was. The staff told me I wasn’t charged for the steak, only for the cover charge, but sure enough, the full charge was still on my bill.

The atmosphere was great and the staff were friendly. Five stars for location and service.
But the food? Zero stars.

An amazing view ruined by a kitchen that doesn’t match the experience.
