If you like steak, then this is the place! Sunday to Thursday the menu is bacon wrapped steak! You just need to pick the size (6oz, 9oz, 12oz or 15oz). They do also offer a vegetable lasagna or mac and cheese daily for those who do not like steak. Friday and Saturday they change it up and have a Prime Rib dinner which I intend to come back and try.

With a short and simple menu it allows this establishment to be really good at what they do. The bacon wrapped prime rib with baked potato was excellent! Plus the price was comparable to a regular steakhouse but the product tasted better! Our waitress wasn’t overly friendly but she was helpful and kept us well informed. This place definitely has the feeling of a retro steakhouse which I really enjoyed and found charming. I hope I get to come back again someday. ☺️

Simple but tasty. Only one steak on the menu each night. Older decor and nice friendly service. Steaks were cooked as ordered and tasted great. 2, 8 oz prime rib dinners & 2 sodas $41 before tip. We’ll be back but we only get up to Buena Vista about every 2 years.

First time eating at Quincy’s in BV! Just as good as the one in Leadville. Service was amazing.. We had a great waitress with an awesome accent (sorry I couldn’t remember your name). I got the 15 ounce Filet (23.99 if I’m not mistaken).. Cooked to perfection. An overall great service, which is now expected from these locations.

I had the prime rib. First of all it wasn’t prime beef it was not tender. Next it was over cooked, I ordered medium rare and it was not! The flavor was ok the salad was ok but they used to have a wedge salad that was better. My wife had the veggie lasagna, she said it was just ok. Overall I will not be returning.

When our party of 7 arrived there was only a couple tables filled. We were sat a large table instantly, then it took about 10-15 mins to get our drinks, another 15 mins to get a salad, and then about 30-40 more mins to get our steaks. There was 2 guys waiting for the entire restaurant which filled up quickly after we arrived. Their margaritas are very good, steaks were ok, maybe they would be better if the waiter would have placed the correct steak at the correct person. He got all of the steaks backwards, meaning instead of placing the plates the direction we ordered he placed them the other way, so everyone’s steak was wrong. All and all, it was a lousy experience at a steakhouse that has potential. The prices aren’t bad, which is the most positive thing about the restaurant. I think Gordon Ramsay needs to visit them to set them on the right path.

We are locals and have heard great things about Quincy’s and were excited to check it out. We made a reservation for 7 people at 6:30pm and arrived on time. As we were waiting for our table several other tables came in without reservations and were sat immediately, including a 5 top group. The host said “it will just be a minute” several times. We waited patiently as several of us work in the restaurant industry and understand a rush. At 7:10 we were finally sat after telling the hosts we would split up to make it easier on them. We sat and waited for over 5 minutes for the server to come. Eventually, one of the members of our group went up to the host and said “I totally get that you’re slammed, but we’d really like to get our orders in. People in our group want to leave and I want us to stay together, we just want someone to take our order.” We had been waiting for over 45 minutes with a reservation at this point and were really hungry. After that, we waited 5 more minutes and no one came. Finally we gave up and went to City Market across the street to make dinner for ourselves. On our way out we overheard another table say “Why have we waited an hour for our check” so clearly we were not the only ones with this experience. The host did not seem to know what he was doing, we felt like he didn’t care about us, even though we had reservations. We didn’t even get the opportunity to try the food and unfortunately we will not be returning. Your food is only as good as your service…

Not bad for the price. But very basic “meat and potatoes”. Filet was okay, but not great and more done than requested. Mac and cheese is kids from a box. Drinks were good.
