I ordered an XL strawberry shake with the whip cream and cherry. Well I got a small cup and no whip cream and cherry. So I asked if that was an XL and let them know I wanted the whip cream and cherry. Then the employee said ” that’s what I gave you and we do run out of product sometimes” rudely. Then I asked if I could just get a refund because they are too small for $4 and I want to get whip cream and cherry and he told me I couldn’t get a refund because I paid with a card. Then ignores me and walks off. It was for my mother-in-law and I wasn’t thinking to take a picture before I gave it to her because I was upset. But if he would of had better customer service I would of been alright with it and know next time.

Here is my only issue with QT. Over the years their gas has steadily smelled worse and worse. Lately it smells like something in a dumpster. I had to stop getting gas here(or any qt in general) because it has made my feul pump mess up. Now I know there is usually stuff that collects at the bottom of these huge gas tanks but to fill up there and have major issues with my car because of it. I put in a new feul pump and stopped getting gas there and my car runs better than when I first got it. So in my opinion quik trip is no longer my go to place if I want my car to run properly.
