Not too sure how the employees don’t know how to cut lettuce properly. Also they seemingly don’t know that avocado is in a California roll. Poorly made food. You Might as well have just buy a pre-made stirfry bag from Giant and cook it up yourself. At least it’ll be made right

Lazy employees. Closed 10 min before they are supposed to close . Extremely unprofessional. If your website says open until 9pm it should stay that way. Not close because you’re not feeling it . You’re getting paid to work . Work.

The last time I ordered from them it was wonderful! And don’t get me wrong, there’s plenty of food especially in the bento boxes. However, just get the white rice. The fried rice is flavorless and the noodles are just boiled noodles. Also, I got beef tonight rather than the chicken I usually get and the beef was overly cooked and overly salty. The chicken is the best. I also got a shrimp tempura roll on the side and it was just okay. It was mostly rice.

Horrible experience and I highly question food handling and safety procedures. Only one grill cook wearing hair protection, both guys no gloves. One guy talking money at the register and mumbles that you cant understand. I tried to order vegetables and was dismissed.

Overall a good experience. Was peeved you can only order orders of shrimp in increments of 2. So if you want 5 pieces you are outta luck u gotta have 4 or 6 plus it’s almost $4 for the single order of 2pcs of shrimp- other than that food was delicious, place was clean, and staff was friendly

If I could give this Japanese restaurant zero stars I would. This was my first visit to this location. I ordered the salmon with mixed vegetables and fried rice. I was presented with three small pieces of white meat. I told the gentleman who was asking how much sauce that the fish meat presented was not salmon. The guy that rung me up pulled a piece of salmon from what looked like a refrigerated prep area and said we get a large piece of salmon and cut it up. My response was yes, that is salmon, look at the color, thickness and how the fish meat is layered and what was being served to me was not salmon. There is know way that my order and the two orders in front of me are the tail end of the salmon, please note that each order had three pieces of fish. He assured me that it was salmon. We went back and forth a few times. I told him to refund me my money. I believe that a white fish, probably tilapia was being served. This fish was white, and thinly cut. I’ve prepared a variety of fish, including salmon, haddock, cod, flounder, halibut, tilapia and etc. so I know what these fish look like when prepared (baked, pan seared and fried). After questioning what I was being served the two who were in front of me looked at their food and one said, “this is tilapia”. As I headed out they were heading to the register. The reason for my review is to inform individuals who patronizes this restaurant know that they may not be getting what they paid and you have the right to speak up when you are being taken advantage of. It made me ask myself if they doing this to everyone or a selected group? Wondering why I didn’t tell them to prepare me the salmon that was pulled from the prep area, my teenage boys were waiting in the car and I didn’t want them to wait any longer.

The food was basic. Not bad, but a little too oily. I give a low rating because every surface I touched there was sticky. Cup stuck to table, tray was sticky. I sat at a couple tables, both the same. I guess they wipe tables with same rag all day.
