Well for starters I ordered cheesy breadsticks and ask them could they put bacon on them and he told me no it wasn’t on their menu to do that very disappointed because I’ve had it there before. The pizza I got was good but I really wanted some cheesy sticks with bacon on them Papa Pizza needs to look in on this I believe they will sell the young employee that was cleaning windows in the waiting area was very pleasant to talk with and extremely nice the cashier that waited on me and told me all this was very rude almost made me mad I started to walk out but the young guy in the waiting area is the only reason I stayed talking with him and order me a pizza that I really didn’t want

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I wasted two hours of my life last night that I will never get back. I’ve been working all day. I’m from Wilmington North Carolina, so I was staying in a hotel in Raleigh. We called the Cary And ordered a pizza, wings, and drink for me and my Partner. Waited almost an hour and a half before calling back. This is almost 1:30am Just to hear that my order did not go through and they were about to close and not help me. I called back tonight to see if there was anything they could do to compensate me for the two hours that they wasted. I was told there was nothing they could do…. Very nice to know that My satisfaction is not worth two dollars of dough, sauce and cheese. Papa John’s was my go to but I will settle for Domino’s from here on out… Heck, I’ll gas station pizza before I spend money here again.

I was incredibly dissatisfied with my order through Postmates today. From the way that my pizza was cut to the dry texture, I felt so disappointed. How do you mess up a 10 in pepperoni pizza this badly? My pizza looked frankensteined together with cheese melted over the spaces. This feels like a messed up joke. There is nothing one could say to justify sending a product out that looks like this, but it was someone’s conscious decision to have me pay money for a pizza that looks like it was sliced by a child. I’m genuinely appalled. I will not order from here again, lesson learned.

Ordered 2 large 1-topping pizzas for take out based on seeing an ad on TV. I was asked if I wanted to upgrade to extra large for something like $3 per pizza which I declined. The classic crust pizza was fine but the thin crust was horribly dry – almost inedible. I later learned the offer was actually for 1-topping Extra Large not the large they sold me.

I went to Papa Johns a couple of days ago for my annual dose of junk food. (This is a very special moment for me because I never eat junk food only once a year and this year it was Papa Johns). Anyways, once I stepped into the establishment my nose quickly filled up from the fresh, savory and delicious pizza baking in the back. I quickly greeted by the cashier and he took my order. He also did tell me the specials (thankfully). Since is a fast food place I try to stay away from vegetables and any pizza’s with eggs so, the Spinach Pizza and the Coddled Egg Toasted pizza sandwich was a big no, no. Of course, I still wanted my veggies so I brought them from home in advance. Once I got my pizza I quickly opened the box and started placing the veggies on the pizza. I noticed a shadow behind me since I was sitting outside and all of a sudden I saw the Papa John’s cashier standing behind me waiting to pounce at my for bringing my veggies. He quickly started choking me and grabbing my neck. I started yelling for help when the Manager quickly separated the employee’s hands from my neck. I started hyperventilating and the police were quickly called. I later pressed charges the following week. The criminal was charged 3,000 for all expenses and damage done to me (including physiological damage.) Bottom line is, I will never come back to this location again.
