Had to try the quiche because…it’s in the name. It was amazing! Golden brown, super flavorful top with smooth, custardy “filling”. I had the spinach and mushroom version. Seriously one of the best quiches I’ve ever had. The cinnamon rolls are also to die for! Fluffy and gooey in the middle, not overly sweet like some I’ve had. The other menu items sounded great too, and I can tell they put a lot of thought and care into each recipe. The ambiance is cute and comfortable with a vintage french country flair. There’s also a little boutique/shop connected to it with antique finds and handmade goodies. Can’t wait until I can go back the next time I’m in Elgin!
