First night’s dinner of the driving trip. Fish and chips were still a novelty, especially when it is coconut crusted (gluten-free). The outdoor ambience could have been improved with a white table cloth, but it’s not that kind of place. The halibut is over cooked. Apple Pay is not accepted here – that’s a pain since we’re now used to the increased security of not letting other people handle our credit cards or letting the credit card out of sight.

Wait staff was short and working their butts off to get everyone served. Good job! Food was great and nice to be on the patio. Recommend the Salmon Loco Moco.

Totally fabulous!! Loved everything about my breakfast experience. Service was stellar. The view was gorgeous. Plenty of seating. Best Mai Tai I have ever had. And the food, I mean ALL of the food that we had or saw delivered was to die for. Best eggs Benedict I have ever had also. New favorite venue in Port Townsend. Thank you so much!!

We went there on a day when they were down 1 cook. So there was a delay. We didn’t mind because we weren’t in a rush and were at the bar and could have a drink and relax. The fish and chips were very good and unique with coconut in the batter. My wife liked her chicken sandwich and the fries were excellent.

Quench is a great place to go to eat, especially during the summer when the deck is open or for Sunday brunch with bottomless mimosas. On our most recent visit, I had the loco moco. It’s a very fancy variation on the classic surfer grinds, very rich and tasty with a little spiciness. I also had to have a few bites of my kid’s crème brulee French toast, so good.

Had the best burger (volcano something) with peppers and grilled pineapple. Burger cooked to order, med rare. Fries were perfect. Bloody Mary was fantastic. What more can I say except that the staff was even better.

Quench is a very cute bistro with a tiki bar area and an amazing water view. We called and asked if we needed a Sunday champagne brunch reservation and were told we didn’t need one, however, I do recommend making reservations as we arrived on Sunday at noon to find a very full seating area, with very limited staff. We ordered the unlimited mimosas and found juice / champagne refills to be difficult to come by, the server had nine or ten other tables all with unlimited mimosas and or champagne and it was a never ending loop for her. We were not in a hurry, and spent about 3 hours total on brunch. However, the food was amazing. The three of us ordered the filet mignon benedict, the halibut loco moco, and the hula burger, all with unlimited mimosas. Our entrees ranged from $15 to $30, and we felt they were well worth the prices. One of our meals did not come as ordered, and had to be sent back to be fixed, which caused a bit of tension with the server. Overall we quite enjoyed the entire experience, from decor, to food, to view, to ambiance and hope to come back soon to try more options. Hopefully we can find a less crowded, and better staffed time to try.
