The food was really great for me and Chloe’s, they taste was fabulous and the fries were just spot on in terms deliciousness. Unfortunately the service needs to improve, they spelled Chloe’s name wrong, the man didn’t know what to do as a cashier and I had to get the other workers attention to have him help the cook and then proceeded to put in the order wrong which we got confused but was fixed to get it in a meal for Chloe. Anyways, the atmosphere is exciting and full of Bengals fans which is amazing sense it was close to the home game for Bengals on October 5th. Otherwise, it’s a place you all should go, just be careful of the service…

I had a decent Western burger. It was served in an aluminum tray with a plastic lid, which is environmentally outrageous for a dine-in order. This outlet is in a loud food court, which makes hearing the order number called out hard. They should display it on the screen instead when ready. The lady taking my order was very unwelcoming. I’d recommend she at least greet the customer. And based on my visit, I would not recommend you eat here.
