Tried out Que Pollaso (on edgebrook) last night.
A more new restaurant that just recently opened. I went in and got the:
– Mixto #2 (pound of chicken, 1/2 pound of meats) with beans refritos and rice.
Strong material to go boxes, and napkins.
Delicious food to top it off

Been going to El Pollaso since they were just a food truck and have always loved it. I was a tiny bit anxious to see how things would turn out in a restaurant environment. A little part of me wondered/worried about a loss in quality/taste of food. Had e great experience from the restaurant itself to the taste and quality of food. Very happy with my experience and will definitely continue coming back. The atmosphere is really nice to go with friends or family and enjoy. Have to get a Joya de Manzana to go with there delicious chicken, ribs, sausage, and chips and salsa! Sorry i ate all the food before taking a picture!

The food was delicious. The service was great. The owner came up and talked with us. Family owned. Please go out a support them. Edgebrook is known for taco trucks but this is different. Love the BBQ. Will definitely go back and try more stuff.

That chicken was just wow. This was my first time and it was a bit dry, but that flavor from the grill and seasoning was amazing. One of the best I’ve ever had, and at a good price – I will definitely be going back often.
