Pittsford is incredibly lucky to have a spot like Fattoush! I stopped in for the Chicken Shawarma sandwich, and it was outstanding. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and juicy, but the real star is the bread—fresh, soft, and completely authentic. It’s rare to find Mediterranean food this good. The garlic sauce (toum) tied it all together perfectly. Highly recommend this hidden gem of a sandwich!

Ran across this gem whilst driving past. Fattoush Restaurant is conveniently located and a free car park is at the back (2 hours free parking only).

We ordered the Chicken Shawarma Pita and a Beef Kebab Pita. Service was very quick.

If you are eating in the food is bought out to your table. That’s a nice touch as other places shoutout the order.

My Chicken Shawarma was absolutely delicious. The chicken was juicy and the spicing was spot on. The portion size is massive so it’s definitely worth the money.

My partner enjoyed his Beef Kebab Pita and annihilated it within minutes. We are looking forward to going back and trying other items on the menu.

We had a chat with the owners and you can see how much pride they take in providing exceptionally tasty good quality food.

One of the best Mediterranean restaurants in Rochester. My wife and I had an amazing dinner here. The service was incredible, food was delicious. We ordered the mixed platter which was a great way to try different grilled meats along with salad, rice and hummus. You have to order their fresh warm pita, totally worth it.

We’ll definitely be coming back.

We love the gyro plate and they have delicious hummus as well. But it is the fresh baked bread that comes to the table hot to the touch that puts the icing on the cake. There might be fancier Mediterranean restaurants in the area but hard to beat fattoush’s food.

If you haven’t had good Mediterranean food, this would do the job. The food is mediocre at best. Portions are average too, even with combo platter meant to share we had to ask for more pita repeatedly. The service was slow and had to wait for pita while the food was already on the table. Would come here again only if I absolutely have to.

My wife and I went here for lunch. We were lucky enough to find a parking spot on the street right in front of the place. It’s a nice place, nothing fancy and it has about 5-6 tables to eat at so keep that in mind. I think the largest table sat 4.

You walk in and go to the counter to order and they have the menu behind the register on the wall or you can look at a physical menu.

We chose the Gyro Pita, and the Shawarma Plate. After you order, you sit down, and they will bring the food to your table.

The food was good. The gyro meat was very good and my wife enjoyed it. The photo below shows the gyro – it’s not just plain the toppings are on the bottom! My plate was also good. It had the meat, hummus, a small salad portion, and a full large pita. I found the meat to be a little dry but when I ate it with the pita and hummus it wasn’t noticeable.

This place is small, cozy, the staff is nice, and fairly quick. It’s definitely worth a try!

Saw this restaurant while driving pittsford village and wanted to try it out. Went with friends seating is limited so beware. Chicken shawarma was great. Moist with lots of chicken rightly spiced and the necessary accoutrements. Chicken pita was also great. However the 4 stars arose from the namesake salad. Fattoush is best served with thin slender pita chips. Fattoush’s take on this was large crotons. The salad dressing was good but I think too much vinegar altering the balance. I did like food enough to give it another go. However no freebies for us first timers that were seemingly being dished out.

Really enjoyed our meal today. One had the classic Fettucine Alfredo with broccoli. Three of us had the pesto-basil pasta with either the kebab chicken or the shredded chicken. Only caveat: peel off a few more artichoke leaves to avoid the fibrous, chewy ones; otherwise, the dish was super delicious! Great portions, very nicely seasoned. We’ll be back for seconds and thirds!

Fattoush has some of the freshest and authentic Mediterranean food around!! We absolutely love their pita pockets, so delicious. I even quickly stopped one night right before they were closing to see if I could get some fresh pita bread and they were happy to make it fresh for more quickly to bring home. They are the best and love supporting them!
