Awesome place. Amazing customer service. The lady who took our order was very knowledgeable about the food and told us what were the best items to get. The maicitos was my favorite. They have lots of deserts including passion fruit pie, flan, and tres leches. Plus soft serve ice cream and a freezer full of popsicles. I definitely need to come on a Tuesday to try their hotdog specials.

Everything was really good. You have to try all the sauces too. The only observation I have is that the chicharron in the arepa was a bit overfried so it was harder than usual to bite into. The hawaiian burger was great. Really big portions so be prepared to eat a lot or go with someone that can help you finish it all! Make sure to order some of their fresh juices too. We had guanabana – highly recommend.

From here, I tried a ham and cheese arepa, fries, a chicken sandwich, and a Scooby Doo hotdog. The hotdog was hands down the best. The arepa and fries were average and could be found elsewhere, but I wish I did without the sandwich. The chicken was the problem. It’s very white and flavorless. It looks shredded and freezer burnt and watery if that makes sense. The chicken didn’t look grilled nor baked. The place has a lot of other options to try however, and it’s inexpensive for a good size portion of food. I want to try other things, and the Scooby Doo I could eat again and again.

The food wasn’t bad. The maicito was pretty good actually. Their tap water was dirty, which is nice that they disclosed. But then they turn around and sell you their own store labeled bottled water. So $2 coke can it was. Nowhere did I see any signs of forced tip nor of a charge for using credit cards, but there those charges were on my bill. Came out to 22% extra in charges. No final receipt was provided.

Update: It was two of us, so no service charge should have been issued. The tip was not optional, as there was no way to remove it. And the credit card charge extra fee should be disclosed on the menu or at every table, not hidden anywhere else.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I went in at 6:10 pm today order a hot dog, an arepa, 3 empanadas and 3 pandebonos to go and a beer while in waited. Keep in mind the place was empty. No one but me, I sat down to drink my beer 10 mins pass, people came in ,20 mins pass , 30 mins pass and nothing! So I got up and asked why it was taking so long? She said because a paper didn’t come out to tell the chef to cook my food, but there was no one else there for 10 mins! And the kitchen is literally 10 feet away! I said okay. 5 more mins pass and nothing. So I said please give me whatever is done and the rest just refund me I been here almost 40 mins, she said ok and that she had to contact her boss, 5 more mins pass by and she said ok I’m going to give you back your money minus the beer, (remember I had told her to give me whatever was done, she gave me nothing!) So I waited 40 mins and all I got was a beer?! Horrible service! And to make things worse as I was getting my money back she walked away to give food 6 empanadas and a burger to the people that arrived 10 minutes after me! How were they getting food before me? And yet I never got a single item, this place is a joke, horrible service and they did nothing to even mend up for their horrible service. DO not go save yourself a headache and go to other colombian places around the way that have a much better service, I been to other colombian fast food places and order before and gotten food 10 mins later the max! This place took 40 mins and I got nothing! If I could I would rate it a 0 because it was my first time there and it was horrible.
No vayan! El peor servicio 40 minutes una order para llevar, y no me dijeron nada me toco pedir que me devolvieran la Plata pedi un perro Scooby una arepa 3 empanadas y 3 pandebonos y en 40 minutos nada salio que mal servicio!
