The food was good but Karen forgot something from our order, didn’t acknowledge she made a mistake and was rude. The guy that was in the back on the grill has good customer service though he’s the one that made the chicken sandwich she forgot. The dude at the cash register was a funny face boy.

Super slow always takes like 20min to get an order SMH. I’m doordashing the order was supposed to be ready 10min ago how frustrating for me, but can you imagine the customer. There are 3 workers and 1 moving slow as molasses, just so happens that’s the fry cook. Welp I never come here personally for this reason.

My husband ordered a 3pc and it wasn’t fresh. Especially for the price. Your chicken should be cooked to order so it can be fresh, hot and crispy. It had an old greasy taste. It sat under the heat lamp. He took one bite and threw it back in the box. He couldn’t eat it. Also, we ordered Apple pies as in their window has the icing. We open the apple pies, NO ICING??, dry as hell, we ask them where’s the icing? They said we don’t put icing anymore. You shouldn’t advertise them in the window with icing where you place your order.We purchased Three 3pc meals and 3 apple pies without icing and cost was $64.95. Keep in mind it’s not monetary, it’s quality and freshness and the customer service you receive. The reviews speak for themselves. Where’s management?? I’ll call corporate too.

Now I’m not gonna say that I haven’t had decent experiences but the not so pleasant outweighs the good.
It seems that no one likes to work here. There’s always new staff and they’re always short staffed. so orders take forever to come out as well as to be taken. This is my local store, but I’d rather drive a little farther to get a little better service and possibly fresh food. I don’t really blame the staff. I just don’t understand what’s up with this specific franchise it really needs some revamping as far as workers management, etc..

Always at 1pm no chicken cooked ready to go! You have to wait 15min for a fresh batch! 3 time experiencing this at the drive thru! Except if you want hot spicy chicken then its ready to go!

Wait is a little longer than other fast food in the drive through. Speaker is broken so you might have to go right up to the drive through window.
If you have time avoid the drive thru, go to the walk up window, ask for fresh-fried, and wait 10 – 15. It’s worth the wait.
