One of the worse milkshakes my family and I have had. You can feel the chunks of ice and it had no favor. The chocolate milkshake wasn’t blended good and the staff had terrible attitudes. My first and last time there. For 27 dollars we would have been better off at DQ.

Love it here. They have bike night too during the summer. My favorite server is Laurene. She’s so sweet and knows the menu and the best deals and always makes u feel at home when youre there. I always request her because shes the best!

The last time I dined here was over 10 years ago. My daughter loves eating here and asked me to come. The restaurant was clean and for a Friday it was crowded. The hostess greeted us and we didn’t wait long for a table. The sever was very nice and personable. My issue was the food! I ordered mild Breaded Boneless Chicken Wings with onion rings. The sauce was not good!! It had a very nasty taste. I even asked if it was mild and not something else. The boneless wings itself were mushy; I asked for well done. The only bright spot were the onion rings!! I don’t see myself ever visiting again.

Completely wrong order, they refused to fix it. Spoke with Ashley, she was extremely unprofessional. I will be speaking with corporate and or general management to resolve this. No tamper seals. Extremely unsafe to order take out from. Buyer beware.

Bartenders are very friendly, sincere, and hardworking. The food is fair for the price, especially during happy hour- drinks are very reasonable too. The customers are often heavily mixed with obnoxious types (large families with undisciplined kids, creepy and loud older men that are inappropriate to female staff, older grouchy types), and they don’t seat the groups separately even though they could. The servers are often overworked and complain in front of guests. The host staff is pleasant when they are there, but during slower times – no one watches the front and managers, servers, etc will look at waiting guests and ignore them. I once stood up front for over 10 minutes for any help with my online takeout order, with around 5 other guests in line behind me. We were seen but ignored several times and two others in line called separately before we got service.

Well, we’ve been here dozens of times. Hadn’t been here in a minute so we decided to stop through. Well, I hate to say it but it’s just not what it used to be. I mean I could have caught them on an off night but they weren’t that busy when we were there. Service was slow and inattentive. Food was so-so and the place was a dirty. Hope that things change and the place goes back to better days.

Amazing wings, amazing burgers, BEST WING SAUCES EVER!!! Pop in for a dinner date, night out with the boys (or ladies!) or a Sunday afternoon to watch every possible football game with beer and wings. All sauces, wet and dry, are available for purchase to take home as well. Your only regret is that you can’t move in!

I’ve been to many Quaker Steak N Lube restaurants including the original one. The food is always delicious & fresh. I haven’t had any issues. This location worked out great because my fiance & I had just sent to see a movie @ Valley View. We ordered the nachos as an appetizer (they came out with our meals which was a bummer but still very happy because it was fresh), my fiance got the pulled pork sandwich and side of Mac n cheese, & I ordered the combo meal – I got 5 bone-in wings Louisiana Lickers sauce with loaded skins. Everything was scrumptious &n we will come back to this location. Our server was friendly, too.

I wasn’t able to give my normal 5-stars for QS&L this time. I didn’t order my usual appetizer and wings. My buddy and I visit this location often and have had no previous complaints at all.
First, I can say the manager did make this visit right by taking the charge off the bill.
The pretzel appetizer was excellent as usual. The fried mozzarella appetizer was also hot and tasty.
After reviewing the new menu, I decided to order the Quaker Steak Sandwich. My buddy ordered his usual dozen medium wings. It took a little longer than expected to receive our main dishes.
The sandwich looked great on the picture, but the actual presentation was more of an open-faced sandwich. As I folded it over to begin eating, I noticed the meat was a bit dry, like it was overcooked. Upon closer look, the meat was more of a shredded consistency, which is not what I expected. I couldn’t make it through half of the sandwich. I notified the waitress and she immediately offered to remake the sandwich or take the cost off the bill. I chose the latter and was very pleased with how well the staff handled this situation.
My friend ordered the medium wings which came out a bit lukewarm. It kinda made sense since it felt like a long wait since the appetizers had been delivered. The wings were still tasty overall.
We will definitely continue to patronize this restaurant as they did an excellent job in a challenging situation. Keep up the great work.
