I came here around 2:00pm on Friday afternoon and was greeted by the two friendliest employees I have ever encountered at a counter service restaurant! They are truly stars in my eyes. Whatever they are getting paid isn’t enough. The food was great too! I wish I lived closer.

I had a horrible experience at this location. I placed a pick up order online and arrived five minutes past when it said it would be ready. after waiting for service for a few minutes and telling them my name I asked if there was a time estimate on when it would be ready as I only had thirty minutes left on my lunch. the lady pointed to the order screen and said “you see how many orders I have?” I said okay no worries and waited in my car for twenty minutes thinking that would be adequate time. I came back in and she said “well look at you, you came back after running away” I asked her if my food was ready she said that I never told her my name and I informed her that was incorrect as I told her and the other guy working the register my name and she said “well he doesn’t work here anymore so” I asked to just cancel the order and on my way out I saw said man who “doesn’t work there anymore” sitting down on his break. I wasted thirty minutes of my time and went hungry the rest of my shift. I love qdoba and was excited to get it after not having it for months but will unfortunately not be returning to this location as I’ve never had such a horrible customer experience.
It takes a lot for me to write a bad review, im a food service manager myself and I know how stressful things can get but this was so unacceptable. If I were her manager she would be fired or at the very least intensely trained on how to provide at least decent customer service.

Eaten here 1x and had the bowl with chicken. Very tasty, you could taste each item added to the bowl with distinct flavors. It wasn’t a typical bowl filled with items and in the end all taste the same. I will go back for the food, service, and value.

I ordered on the app to pick up. I arrived shortly after it said it would be available.
They did not have the food sitting on the pick up shelf, and they never called my name.
After about 15 minutes, they called another order’s name. I looked at their shelf and noticed that they were two orders, so I went over and one of them was mine.
I don’t know why they wouldn’t announce it when it became ready. It was disappointing and poor service.
The food was still a little warm, but I had to microwave it.
The order was accurate.

The manager was extremely rude and borderline racist. Employee continued to state that he didn’t understand our words, although we speak perfect English. Maybe they should consider turning down the music!
They charge $0.08 for a to-go bag. The service was rude. The guacamole was too tough to cut let alone eat.
We will not return to this establishment, which is a shame because we love Qdoba. Do better Qdoba, do better.

Unfortunately this location is constantly messing up orders and as a frequent customer it gets really frustrating. Today my order of Chips & Queso was just a chips bag with the cup of queso in it – no chips. On top of that, there was plastic cooked into my quesadilla.

Wow. The Create Your Own 3-Cheese Nachos was one of the worst things I’ve ever eaten. It’s a side of chips worth a bowl of slop: melted queso, beans, pico, sour cream, guacamole, and whatever else you added all mixed together in a bowl like a soup. The mix of cold and warm ingredients mean you get a nasty room temperature bowl to dip your chips in, I guess? The absolute worst. $17? Never again.
