They reacted like I was trying to steal when I tried to pick up my takeout order. The pick-up orders are on a shelf with a big “Pick Up” sign above it, but apparently you are not supposed to go pick up your order from there? From under the Pick Up sign?? They really need to use some common sense. Plus the line at the counter was moving at snails pace even though there were only 2 people in it. Expecting someone picking up takeout to wait through the counter line is pretty crazy. Then what’s the point of ordering ahead? Again, there’s just zero common sense here.
My burrito was so loosely wrapped it just completely fell apart after two bites. The fajita vegetables tasted more like boiled vegetables than grilled. The entire thing was cold and wet. Even for fast food, it’s clear this place stopped caring about quality long ago.

I recently visited Qdoba and had a horrible experience. From the moment I walked in, the service was unacceptable. As I was ordering, the worker (a Black girl) had an attitude and interrupted me, telling me to list everything I wanted at once. On top of that, there were NO serving utensils for any of the toppings.
I received my food without a receipt, and when I got back to my hotel—there was HAIR in my food. I immediately reached out to the store, only to be told that I would have to drive 45 minutes back just to return the food and get a refund. That’s completely unreasonable.
Since Qdoba didn’t want to make things right, I figured I’d share my experience. DO BETTER, QDOBA.

I was raised a Chipotle gal… so I have never had a lot of food here. Recently in the last year I have been constantly disappointed in Chipotles quality.
I ate here at Qdoba today and 1st of all guac is not extra! Complimentary chips! Could this place be any better!? Had a steak bowl and it tasted way better than I anticipated.
Anyways now I’m telling my friends
Qdoba > Chipotle.

The super friendly staff here makes this location! The woman that put my order together has been at Qdoba for years – I just put myself in her hands and she put together a great taco salad for me. The manager is extremely kind, and I could tell she sets the tone for her branch.
If you need a quick, super casual meal – this location is a solid choice.

I’m definitely not a fast food person, but I like Qdoba and it serves a purpose for me, especially when I need to grab lunch in an area that doesn’t have a lot of good independent restaurants. I like Qdoba because there are a wide variety of options (including tons of vegetarian choices) that you get to choose as you move down the line, so you end up with a very fresh tasting and healthy bowl, burrito, or salad. I most often get a bowl with cilantro rice, pinto beans, fajita vegetables, pico de gallo, corn, and habanero salsa, and guacamole. But there are many choices in each of those categories so you can mix it up and not get bored. The stores are very consistent. I’ve eaten in dozens of them and the food is always prepared the same, the stores are always clean, the employees are well trained, nice, and efficient.

I feel like it had been over a year since I visited a Qdoba, and it really seems like they upped their game! You can almost always get cilantro at other places upon request, but I appreciate how here they have it on the line, along with purple onions that I always ask for extra.
