Store was clean, very modern, great neighborhood, easy access on/off freeway. Unfortunate the food was terrible, rice was crunchy, chicken was over done.

Did the mistake of ordering food from this location yesterday (June 11th, 2023). Placed the order online and the food was supposed to be ready by 6:54 PM. Got there around 6:50 and was told it will take a little bit more time and that only half the order was ready. Waited patiently but the order kept on getting delayed. It was a pickup order and I think they were working on it whenever they got few minutes between folks placing order at the store in person. Finally got my order around 7:30, 35 minutes or so after the promised pick up time. Still took it patiently and while leaving the store asked the server if she can confirm if it has everything. She just kept saying it has everything and nothing to worry about. Opened the order 5 minutes after leaving the store and getting to my destination and 1)food was dead cold, not surprising since half of it was ready before I even got to the store, which was at 6:50, 2)items were missing and 3) no utensils were provided. The order receipt clearly after each item “Include cutlery” but still none was provided. Called them at 7:40 to talk to someone but was on hold for long and no one picked up. Eventually threw away the stale food and went to a restaurant for dine in. Horrible and irresponsible service. Stay away if you want reliable service or decent food.

The food was great and the atmosphere was great with the modern theme, it really surprises me how much better qdoba has gotten over the years since I have been eating it when I was a child. The service was goodbye everything else fantastic! Good job!

I live a block from here, so while it’s never my first choice, I’ve been in once or twice before just for sheer convenience. I used to get nachos, but they kept short-changing me on chips. Today I decided to give them one more chance, and after my experience I can confirm it was the LAST chance and I won’t be back.

Very good place to eat. I had a bowl and cannot say a bad word about the protein pary size! I usually go for Chipotle, but this place is: tastier, bigger choice (more variety) and slightly cheaper! Totally recommend!

I’m definitely not a fast food person, but I like Qdoba and it serves a purpose for me, especially when I need to grab lunch in an area that doesn’t have a lot of good independent restaurants. I like Qdoba because there are a wide variety of options (including tons of vegetarian choices) that you get to choose as you move down the line, so you end up with a very fresh tasting and healthy bowl, burrito, or salad. I most often get a bowl with cilantro rice, pinto beans, fajita vegetables, pico de gallo, corn, and habanero salsa, and guacamole. But there are many choices in each of those categories so you can mix it up and not get bored. The stores are very consistent. I’ve eaten in dozens of them and the food is always prepared the same, the stores are always clean, the employees are well trained, nice, and efficient.

I got the Impossible burrito. Where is the Impossible meat?? The chicken burrito I got didn’t have any chicken? Is this a joke? They dont pay attention to their delivery orders. So so disappointed and never ordering from here again.

I feel like it had been over a year since I visited a Qdoba, and it really seems like they upped their game! You can almost always get cilantro at other places upon request, but I appreciate how here they have it on the line, along with purple onions that I always ask for extra.

These reviews scared me but I can report back that I got a standard qdoba portion here.. the burrito was big and had plenty of meat. Free guac is always a plus!

I didn’t know a lot about this place, so we were there for a Sunday breakfast, a terrible mistake, very few dishes, and the flavor was ok at most, that and Chipotle are at the same level to me, would hardly come back
