The delivery driver did not place my food on the chair provided and instead left it on the ground. Additionally, this was not a contactless delivery, and I was not notified upon delivery. I only became aware that the order had been delivered after checking the email tracking update. We order here all the time this was my first bad experience.

I usually like giving places the benefit of the doubt, but this Marco’s visit was pretty disappointing. My order took longer than expected, even though it wasn’t a busy time, and the staff didn’t really keep customers updated on the delay.
When the pizza finally came out, it looked good at first, but the quality just wasn’t there. The crust was tougher than it should’ve been, and the toppings felt a little skimpy and unevenly spread. It wasn’t terrible, just not what you hope for when you’re paying for fresh pizza.
The food was still edible, but definitely not worth the wait or the price this time around. I might try a different location in the future, but this visit didn’t leave a great impression.

This is a chain, but the pizza is excellent. They have a nice variety of food as well. The crust would actually be good on its own as bread. The sauce is great, and the variety of toppings really stands out from other chains. The prices are more reasonable than the other big chains as well. All in all, this is my pizza place from here on.

Our first time eating at Marcos pizza and it did not disappoint! Pizza had great flavor, was cooked just right, and the prep cooks did not skimp on the toppings. We ordered a large pepperoni, a large 3 meat, and an order of cheesy bread sticks. Pricing was reasonable for what you get in food quality. What did surprise me though was the 5 plus employees standing around, doing nothing but horse playing while we waited for just one to come take our order. Inside restaurant was empty with plenty of tables to choose from, and we marveled at the 10 ft high stacks of pizza boxes arranged along one wall. Would eat here again without complaint.

The Dorchester road location in Summerville has turned in to a shit show. I have been a regular customer for a few years. We ordered our pizza tonight at 5:23 Pizza was delivered at 7:40. They claimed they were extremely busy so they had it delivered via door dash. The pizza was not sealed and sitting in the front seat with someone that didn’t speak English and no warming bag. The pizza was cold. The manager was rude and very defensive. She refused to refund my money and offered an in store credit. I will never order from them again. 9500 Dorchester Road

I ordered on the app and did pick up in store. I glanced in the box and noted that the cheese was barely (Deluxe) there, so I go back in the store and inquired that the regular cheese was not on the pizza and another young lady passing stated that’s the cheese for the deluxe and I should have chose a different cheese while ordering. I left went home and just like I thought the pizza was dry. A couple of hours later I called to speak to the manager and once he came to the phone he placed me on hold for about 10 minutes so I hung up thinking they were busy and called back 30 minutes later the young guy who answered said they were still busy. I then called back 2 hours later at which time a young guy told me the manager was outside so I asked for corps # at which time the phone hung up and when I called back I was disconnected again. When I arrived at the store there was about 5 people at the front desk and they used profanity gathered together around a electronic device laughing at the item they watched. When I requested my $ back the older gentleman along with 2 other young people argued at me that they didn’t see what was wrong with the pizza I requested my $ for. I asked the older guy for his name he said no then said I’m only giving you “Rich”. This was A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

We just tried for the first time. I ordered a large BBQ Chicken, the chicken didn’t taste very good dark meat it looked like and crust nowhere done. Also ordered The Works and the ingredients were good but crust again especially for all those ingredients not done. Delivered with tip and all
$80.00 and we all barely ate. We also got the boneless wings and also not very tasty and tasted old like sitting out for a long time. I’m not trying to be rude just honest. The food was delivered in a timely matter but so not worth the money. Why rush it I rather wait longer for a done pizza and why we stopped ordering Dominos! Can’t rush it

Wow, I’ve been ordering pizza from this location (9500 Dorchester Rd) for years and just had the lousiest pizza ever. It’s Dec 14th 2025 at 6:30 PM.
It was SUPPOSED to be XLarge Deluxe with extra cheese, ham red onions, mushrooms and banana peppers.
I should have noticed how light the pizza box was as I left the store. When I got to the house and opened the box I was not happy. No Ham, no mushrooms, not even enough cheese to cover the pizza. What was on the pizza was so sparse it looked like I got ingredients for a medium on a large crust. There wasn’t enough to even cover the crust, with several slices only half covered with stuff.
Whoever made that pizza either can’t read or just doesn’t care about what they’re doing. It just wasn’t that busy to screw up an order that bad. I think I’ll take my business elsewhere for a few months and wait for their prep team to be fired and replaced.
