I’ve unfortunately had a pretty bad experience at this location. I have been a chipotle guy but occasionally I’ve been too hungry to make the 30 min drive to chipotle and gotten food here. The first couple times I’ve been here it was okay, not as good as I was used to but okay in general; good portions. But the last couple times I’ve been really disappointed with the portions, I believe I have been served by the manager guessing by how pushy he was about getting a rewards account and getting a drink or add ons. I had to stop him from giving me queso even though I didn’t ask, and he was extremely sparing, using smaller spoons than the standard size even. I was very disappointed and will not be coming back

Pretty good location. New tidy but very basic atmosphere. Food was fresh and tasty. The bowl was allright. Nothing says don’t do this again but nothing saying make sure we do this again, if that makes sense.

I really like QDOBA but the stuff at this location was not friendly. I ordered my food online and arrived a couple minutes before pick up time. When I walked in there was not a single customers in the store and my food (1 bowl and 1 taco) hadn’t even been started yet. When I told the two girls that were talking behind the counter I was there pick up an online order they acted like I had just inconvenienced them by ordering food. As for the food, it wasn’t as good as it has been. The rice was very crunchy and the taco had fallen apart as soon as it was picked up.

The last time i came The Burritos were huge and flavorful, and they had good customer service. Today the burrito was very skimpy. I greeted the worker with a smile and said hi, she didn’t say hi or smile back. She didn’t ask what kind of tortilla I wanted (gave me flour I wanted wheat) but I didn’t want to inconvenience her. Barely any meat, I asked for all the toppings, got maybe 2 onions, 2 jalapeños, etc. Normally when I eat here a burrito is 2 meals for me, today I ate the whole thing and was still hungry. The burrito had no flavor even with salsas it was so bland. I probably won’t return, I’ll go to a food truck next time.

Wow…my pictures don’t really show the injustice. This was one of the most pitiful portions I’ve had for a $10 bowl. This was even after I asked for extra on a few things. The young lady making my bowl seemed to not care about anything I wanted and was only concerned with getting to the next person. After looking at some of the previous reviews, I expect the usual generic reply of “apology and hope to do better”. Consumers don’t want the same apologies year over year; portions and service like this do not warrant a return.

We have never had an issue with our food itself here, that is always fine. It’s the service that is awful. We love this place but hate ordering food or dining in. The staff acts like they absolutely hate their jobs, they aren’t pleasant or friendly, they have an attitude when you’re picking out what you’d like. This almost every time we come here, no matter if it’s busy or not. It’s only an issue with the Nampa location.

Lunch cost $28 for 2 people! I had to fight for every scoop of food & beg for an appropriate amount. U have to remember what comes w items or they won’t add them. Place is empty…I know why!

I ate here for the first time. Food is decently good. Atmosphere is appropriate. Staff was friendly and helpful. However, the tables and floors were quite dirty. I also feel like the food is expensive. I paid $25 for two basic items and two regular drinks. Food was good but the portions were kind of small for the price.
