Store was really clean and dead. I am very dissatisfied with their portions. I asked for chicken and on the first scoop it was a quarter of normal portions. When I asked for little more to make up a full scoop I got charged for it and it was another quarter scoop. Every portion was ridiculously small. I go to plenty of qdobas all over Denver and have never had an issue until now. Thanks for the pinch scoops Qdoba!

Lady got upset because I asked her to wear gloves when issuing my chips and putting them into a bag. That’s common sense. She also got an attitude because I corrected her on the cheese I wanted that she prefilled without confirming with me first. No need to have an attitude. Gloves should be used anytime touching someone’s food. Period!

I stopped coming to this location entirely a while back, when the staff was rude and uncaring. I came back a few weeks ago and my faith in this location was renewed by a very kind and funny gentleman named Mesha I believe. I came back a couple times and haven’t seen him. The other staff is rude and hard to speak to. You guys should have more staff like this man. It took me four tries just to ask for an orange Jaritos, and the snobby blonde ish Mexican lady at the counter only gave me more attitude because SHE couldn’t understand me. When I was there, I noticed that Mesha was pretty much the only one working, while two other Hispanic looking people (a man with a backwards hat and a shorter, brunette) were just talking in Spanish, and making jokes about other employees. I speak Spanish, so I knew exactly what they were saying. I wasn’t going to share this information, but with this being the second time I’ve received ride service from the same woman, I felt like speaking up once again, as to keep my favorite restaurant from going backwards again.

I just had a horrible experience in here and it was completely uncalled for. I walk in the restaurant and there is a girl talking on her phone and mopping, so me being me I walked all the way around to the other side to avoid walking on her wet floor only for her to come right behind me(literally)and mop where I was standing. I had slippers on and could have fallen thank God I didn’t.. “I asked her why would she mop right where I had to walk. I had already avoided where she was mopping in the first place so for you to intentionally come to where I was standing was kinda rude”Do you want to do my job?” Was her response.. No actual I don’t want your job, and apparently you don’t want your job either.. I eat here all the time mind you meaning I came to eat not argue.. She is and was very rude.. I completely tried to avoid this whole situation. I work in fast food and janitorial.. And yes my food tasted like her attitude nasty… First time for everything..

Attention stay away! Management staff is very disrespectful after simply asking the status of a door dash delivery my lady was picking up. Manager with tattoo on neck and arm and employee with red hair came after her and calling her a stupid bit@h and making threats against her because order wasn’t ready witch she was not aware at the time they had no cook but enough time to make threats. Both employees came to the parking lot and threatened me also in the parking lot and trying to block me from getting out of the hostel environment they started because of a simple question.

Cashier tried to charge me for full size bowls then charged me for mini bowls when I ordered two kids meal nachos then when I went back in to get the money back I was overcharged the cashier refunded the whole amount and then got an attitude when I asked her if the money was going right back on the card because I didn’t have enough money on the card to be charged again while waiting on the refund so she got an attitude and said just take it I’m not dealing with that. Would not give me her first name and the coworker wouldn’t give me the cashier’s name so I could file a complaint with corporate so I’m putting this on their website under reviews. Will not go back to Qdoba. Lost a customer because the employee got an attitude for her mistake. Also their portions are very small not worth the money. Oh and I had to ask for the chips that come with the nachos.

They fired Crystal. We loved seeing her when we came here. We will still come because Qdoba, but we really enjoyed the interactions we had with Crystal. Always remembered us! Made us happy to come in and want to come often.
