We’ve been frequenting this Qdoba for the last 7 or 8 years. They’ve always been happy to serve whatever we have asked for. Which is pretty amazing since we have a larger than normal family, complete with the full scope of picky eaters! They’ve also always been happy to assist on those chaotic nights that I needed just one or two already prepped ingredients to complete our meal at home.

This is the second time they get our order wrong, I get it that it gets busy but there is no excuse for someone to put shrimp in a bowl when the instructions said Steak. It is not that hard, shrimp is an item that could be dangerous to a lot of people if consumed. Get your stuff together Qdoba

I often eat at this Qdoba and generally enjoy my experience, but today I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. Our server was not friendly and acted quite put out that she had to take our order (during peak lunchtime) which was bad but not bad enough to upset me. Then I reached the end of the line and asked for cilantro. I watched her put a large handful onto my bowl and then saw that it was yellow, and some was black and rotted. I have never had someone serve me such clearly outdated food. It would have been better for her to say that they were out, or I would have waited for her to go get more, but she did neither. Gross and unacceptable.
