Super good food. Plenty of options. Not over crowded like other chicken place in New Bern. Staff is friendly and I don’t think I’ve ever walked away disappointed. Can be a lil pricey but well worth it. Front entrance from the road can be a lil confusing, as the traffic comes in the lot will make you think. But if you come in from MLK/beside Sonic, you can swoop right in. No issues. Crossing Glenburnie can be wait if your coming from MLK. Just saying.

The 1st time I ordered tongue torch wings…there was no spice at all, Under seasoned. 2nd time I ordered the nuclear flavor thinking it would be better. There’s no spice level whatsoever and barely any sauce at that. Very underwhelmed. Won’t be wasting money here on wings again.

I went to Zaxby’s in New Bern today around 3:45 I waited for a few minutes no one aknowledged me and I hear a worker in the back cursing saying he doesn’t even have an ashtray in his house he uses a bowl and it be full of roaches basically blunts. I see the manager to the left and she acted like she didn’t hear him constantly cursing and I turned to leave and a lady was standing there with her baby having to listen to him as well. Great place to grab a quick bite to eat. Family friendly atmosphere. Great menu with something for everyone including the kids. Their drink dispensing machine is the future of fast food drink machines. The Wisconsin cheese bites are amazing. They also have a great salad menu. Zaxby’s is becoming one of my go to fast food joints. Their prices are reasonable as well.

I had an issue with my app order today. I went in to the restaurant and the manager came right away to help. Ms June was absolutely wonderful! She took the issue right away and got on the phone trying to figure out what happened. It was lunch time so it was busy but that did not stop her from taking time away from her busy store to help me. I am very thankful for her wonderful help and will keep ordering from here. It’s always wonderful to see a manager care about their customers needs and concerns.
