On 1/12/26 I made order online for two items and it will be last time I order anymore from this location. Instead of crunchy tortilla shell for my veggie bowl I got tortilla soup with regular bowl. I did not order tortilla soup, yet when I got inside there were only two people having lunch and nobody was in-line.

Qdoba is my new years go to for a quick high quality meal. I’m only getting to mini bowl. I might not be large in size but sure isn’t lacking in flavor. I really like the chicken and I’m able to add what I want to make it the perfect combination. The restaurant is clean and and the staff really works great together. For a fast food restaurant their staff is a 10. As I was eating one lady was cleaning up making sure every table was clean and ready for the next customer. I highly recommended this location and give them a try also sign up for the app to earn freebies.

Are generally go to chipotle for the nearest one was 15 minutes away and this is on the way home so I figured I’d try it. For starters, my wife is gluten-free and want to know from the get-go that she had a dietary restriction and they were super cool change gloves and seemed like they understood and immediately after changing gloves proceeded to cross contaminate by handling flour tortillas and her food with the same gloves. Whatever, maybe some people don’t know and I’ll do my best to try not to be difficult because I know that. But she changed her gloves and immediately preceded to contaminate them. My wife’s meal had to go to my nephew instead. She just decided it would be easier to go hungry at the moment. On top of that as we eat in the restaurant, unpacking everything corn tortillas that she had gotten were already falling apart before she had started assembling anything for our nephew. Picture for reference. The food was lackluster, The customer service was subpar, and we most definitely will not be back.

Let me break this down, I lived in Orlando next to the greatest QDOBA, they were the best… I can no longer say that, I ordered my normal burrito, I always weigh my burritos on my food scale when I get home. When I saw the weight, I was pleased to see that this QDOBA gives the proper portions that it should. They, the customer service was out of this world. THEN, she picked up my burrito in it’s shell, and mixed everything so it was all even. I have NEVER seen anybody do this, I wish I could remember her name, but this is the best QDOBA ever. I’m going there for Dinner tonight and I can’t wait to walk out with post workout protein, rice, and chicken.

When I got to the location they had a sign on the door at 11am stating that they were only doing online orders due to work shortages. Now I never had the app so I have to take 15 mins out of my time to do that and try to create an account and I couldn’t due to the app saying try again later. I had to place an order as a guest. So many people were walking up to the door only to be let down. I have had many problems with this location. With them having a line and them continuously doing online orders instead of having some do them and some take inside orders. To them not staying stocked on impossible meat or other items they should be communicating with the cook before they go low. Something had to change.the store location in south county mall St.Louis, MO (90) also food was not right like I knew it wasn’t going to be $13 for this mess.

I ordered 3 cheese nachos with toppings, and they gave me everything but the nachos, and still didnt put the right toppings in it. Its nachos and they missed the chips. $15 with tip for this. My first and last time at this location

This was my first time eating at QDOBA, I wasn’t sure what I wanted. The employees were patient and very helpful with helping building my meal. I absolutely loved it, the food was amazing, restaurant was very clean including the bathroom. Great experience!

I drive out of my way to come to this Qdoba . Regina and her team are a well oiled machine and she makes sure of it. Always fresh , always fast and ALWAYS friendly . Regina is hands down the best.
