As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I would usually complain in person, but I didn’t feel like it. My chili dog came topped with moldy onions, I mean do they not look at what their putting on. They must not care. Also, they no longer give free refills and I can kind of understand with soda but seeing that I was having tap water, it was pretty annoying they couldn’t just pour me more. Then again, who knows if they charged my friend for it.

I wish I could do below cero Stars. I ordered and I made a mistake in my order and when I got to the window the person who helped me her name is Keisha. I asked her to correct my order, but she refused to do, so I asked her can you please cancel and reorder it for me, she told me that she couldn’t, that she would cancel it but that I had to line up again and I had five cars behind me, but to all this with a very nasty attitude. I told her that I wanted to speak to the restaurant’s supervisor and she told me that it was her. !!WOWWWWWWOOOOOWW!! I told her to find another job because she was in the wrong place. She treated me very badly, she began to insult me with bad words, she closed the window, but I could hear her insults, and since I wouldn’t leave the window, she called the police and yelled at me that I was going to be arrested. I already called to complain about this woman, who definitely needs an exorcism, she was completely demon possessed. In the call they gave me a case number and they told me that this is not checher’s policy, my first language is Spanish and I am using Google Translate to write this review I left there very oppressed, I am diabetic and I felt in my body how my glucose was going up. I had never been mistreated in this way. I told her that I am diabetic and that I was feeling bad and she continued to insult me, yelling at me in front of the other two employees who were working with her. I wish I had record her.

the fries were pretty good, quick service too but upon eating on a burger I saw there was mold on it. Immediately had to throw it away and couldn’t even finish anything else. Had to check the other food to make sure everything was ok and chicken was pretty dry and looked old/refried. Please check your bread before serving it to people really hoping I didn’t consume any other mold.

Two times I have tried to get two different orders at this place ( 13625 S Dixie Hwy Miami Fl) and two times the Night Shift have been rude. The orders are always delayed even when the team is complete. The worse experience happened today Sunday February 5th, 2023, at 2:00AM with one of its employee that treated me like a street dog. I was trying to pick up an order for Uber eats and since I arrived at the restaurant she started screaming at me. I had to cancel the order with the costumer because of her. I felt offended and discriminated. My finances were also affected because I could not complete the delivery. I don’t know if the owners know the very bad customer service and bad experience this Night Shift is offering to the customers. My recommendation is not go to this Checker restaurant until management get the whole shift fired. They are not working efficiently and they are mistreating the customers. Employees are the first contact with the customer. If those employees are not as good as they should, the quality of service and food will be affected. This restaurant doesn’t even deserve a star, but Google requires to rate the business to post.

Very unprofessional trash working here. I have an allergy to fish, asked what kind of Fish they carry. The trailer park trash window worker responds with ‘I don’t know what kind of fish” ..silence… “Its Just Fish” … uneducated disgusting and disrespectful. I called to asked for a manager to write corporate – they hung up. Now I have time to be petty about the lazy low life workers yall choose to hire.
