Place was super clean, staff was incredibly friendly, and food was quick and delicious. I haven’t had Qdoba in a while, and their new steak lime seasoned was pretty good. While there, overheard the owning restaurant groups auditor/QA (checked temps of all food on line and stuff) said they “passed with flying colors” so that good too hahah.

My first time and it was a nice experience. The server was super nice, friendly and accommodating. She helped me navigate the menu and gave me samples to help make a great choice. And the free chips and guacamole was a huge selling point. The atmosphere was nice and I would eat it again. 4 stars because the temperature of food but overall it was a great experience and very reasonably priced.

I went to this store today, placed an order, and they took a long time to make the order, but I still waited 20 minutes for them. The manager here is very rude, incompetent, and has no sense of humor. I went to the store just to see the store, but after going there, I became very angry with them because of their behavior and their cruel way of living and working. I told them that next time I will never go to this store in my life. I don’t know if I will leave the store, but I won’t go to this store because of this. On top of that, those people should take note of the manager because they misuse their own post. She was behaving badly with the employees and with many customers. I don’t know. I am just giving my own review of others.

I order from this location thru uber eats pretty often. Last night I ordered, forgot our soup with our bowl.
Came in today in person to order, mentioned to Michelle about the missing soup.
She went above and beyond to not only apologize, thank us for the feedback and even went so far as to make it right.

Had not been to Qdoba in years. We don’t have alot of them in Chicago. So I decided to go to this one while I was in town. The service was great. Fast and efficient. The young man at the counter was very helpful with guiding me through some great add on choices.

Even with a Chipotle closer to home Qdoba continues to leave them in the dust, much more variety in protein options, duos and chips that aren’t stale by the time you go in during the afternoon. Gone for years without single issue while ordering ahead or ordering in person.

Gave it a shot because of “Free guac and queso” but that’s fake marketing gimmick to get you in the door. They don’t even give you a full scoop and if you ask for more they try to charge you, and then they still won’t give a full scoop even if you pay for it! They put so little queso that once I got home 10 minutes later it had completely dried up. I don’t even see it in the burrito and it sure doesn’t taste like it

Disappointed. This is the closest location to my home so whenever I crave Qdoba, I come here. Don’t think I’ll be back though after my last order. I put in our order online and it was accurate, but the issue is the lack of food in the bowls. The shape of the bowls used to be circular, and these rectangular ones look bigger but it’s deceiving. I pushed the food to one side and put a bottle of Pepsi to show how empty the bowls are. For $10+ a meal, you’re better off going to Chipotle. It’s a shame because I prefer Qdoba’s queso over Chipotle’s. On the plus side, the employees are always very nice.
