As someone allergic to seafood, I had to just look and live vicariously as the majority of dishes I could only dream about.
Luckily, though, they have a knockout carnitas on the menu. Finely shredded, no fat and the right amount of grease. Very good.
But their main selling point is the seafood. And their shrimp options presented a conundrum for our son. What of the many choices should he go for? Ultimately he decided on the Camerones a la Crema. Shrimp in a lemony white sauce (like an Alfredo, for comparison). He loved it. So, yes, a solid choice for authentic Mexican food in Red Bluff.

ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EVER! I have given them chance after chance after chance because they are close to my work. The food is sometimes good and sometimes not depending on who is cooking. One waitress doesn’t speak enough English to take an order correctly and the other is borderline incompetent. Today was the LAST straw. We ordered our food and had not received it after 40 minutes. People that had come in 10 minutes after us were all eating. We did NOT order anything special, just standard menu items. After 40 minutes they came out to say they did not have what I ordered. But THAT was actually AFTER I complained. I ended up walking out. This is, unfortunately, NOT the first time this has happened. I want to give people the benefit of the doubt because maybe it was just an “off” day. This is NOT the case with this restaurant. They are mismanaged and, honestly, it appears as if they do not care.
I will NEVER eat there again.

I love this place, we frequent it often. Don’t get the handmade tortillas, they’re missing something, but that’s the only complaint. The staff is amazing, food is amazing and they have a karaoke night every weekend. I highly recommend this place, the other Mexican food places around here are a gamble lol…

They let a dog into the restaurant!! I was so disgusted. We moved to the other side of the building, I wanted to leave, but was persuaded otherwise. After waiting 45 minutes for our food (they were dead) the food was dreadful, over seasoned and extremely overcooked. Service by our waitress was okay.

Worked a day here I was pregnant worked 12 hours and never got a break until the last hour and he still didn’t want to pay me for the one day I did work. The fact that the other waitresses say it is normal explained why they were understaffed. When I finally did take a break I had to get up several times to go wait on tables and that is Why I never went back.

If I could give a less then one star I would. Horrible food. Dry gross meat, shrimp that were still in the shell in a spicy red sauce you have to put your fingers in. No the food has to be good in order to succeed. You can’t run a good restaurant by sevring bad food and having in expierenced servers. its just a bad business model. Never will I return.
