I ordered a crispy tortilla shell salad and was sent his instead. Wasn’t refunded so I didn’t eat and lost money in the process. Food is good when they actually give you what you asked for.

I came in 3 hours before closing, and they were already packing up everything. They all seemed to be in bad moods. I then ordered my usual (which is the impossible bowl ) which is more money than any other meat option. Of which I don’t mind that. Btw the veggie one is the cheapest option. I was only upset when they scooped it, and I swear it was just a few crumbs left, that they put into my bowl. Literally nothing. When they are supposed to give you a full scoop. Then when I asked about getting chips, they were extremely rude about there being no chips. Like I don’t mind that they didn’t, but they could have just said “We’re out of chips”. Why be mean! Then they charged me the full price despite them being out of the impossible meat. I have a lot of anxiety so I didn’t say anything while there, but I’d recommend not going here. I could get better service at a McDonald’s.

I took my mom, and my son to try this place out since it was new to our area(Wis Rapids, WI) Having never been there we didn’t know what to expect. I asked the girl behind the counter if she could explain the menu process since we didn’t understand the “read from right to left” and the menu was vague with limited options. The very tiny print was very hard for my mom to read.. ( no paper menu is offered) the girl snickered and turned her back to us . As I asked the guy beside her how it worked he shortly explained to just pick something, as my mom was trying to ask the girl a question she rolled her eyes and acted as if we where a problem and wasting her time.. hey- little girl customers pay your paycheck! The girl slammed the spoon down on the counter and was like what do you want? -..This girl needs some customer service skills and the manager who was the guy next to her could use some as well. Not everyone walking through those doors has been there and not everyone can read the tiny print up on top the wall, much less know to read it from right to left for the process. The prices are high for the cafeteria style order and putting up with the rude employees. BTW, Word of mouth is free advertising in this small town. I guarantee I won’t come back and whoever asks me I’ll tell them what I think . I usually give places a 2nd try but when you make a senior citizen feel stupid, well lost interest.P.S, with as many employees standing around, and 2 other customers inside all those tables could have been clean, yah I had to wipe down my own table as well. ✌

I decided to try a meal here since they’re close to home. $10 for a chicken burrito. That’s 40% more than Taco John’s and 60% more than Taco Bell.

We asked if we could get burritos without cilantro and were told there is no cilantro in the burritos. So we get home with the take out order only to find cilantro in it. I am allergic and can’t eat it. In general the food is overpriced and not very good.

I will agree with the others that the place was a hot mess of uncleaned areas. First time visit to this location and I will have to think very hard about going back.

Went for first time. Walked in and immediately saw dirty tables and floor. We ordered couple of entrees to try, tacos and bowl. It was so bad tasting I couldn’t eat it. Will never go back.

Allow me to share my story: I had just gotten off a 13 hour shift delivering mail and packages during messy snowy weather. I stopped by Qdoba after work to get something for me and my husband at about 8:30. He got a burrito, and I got a bowl. Finally home after being gone all day, I slump into th couch, open up the bowl, and found that all my husband’s burrito contents were in the bowl, and all my fixings were in the burrito. Not the biggest upset, but after such a long day, I needed my giant bowl and chips. I called them, and they took down my name and said I can come in the next day for them to remake it. Frustrated I would have to come in the next day, I just agreed, scraped what I could from the burrito so I could still have dinner and went to bed. When I went in today, they explained what happened to have them flip flop, and I completely understood. I worked in fast food and understand when things are busy, if one little thing happens, it can mess up the entire system. We got our lunches, a complimentary brownie each and many apologizes. They were so kind and understanding and I’m thankful for such a kind staff to help remedy the mistake. I can honestly say this day was much better than yesterday, and the staff at Qdoba was a huge part in that. Thank you so much!
