We stopped for supper as we had a coupon for free entree. Note- if you return the items requested from a catering, you get a coupon for each set. Food was good as expected and the guys were happy to help.

The burrito I got here blew my mind! Worth every penny! Staff were nice and reasonable counter to what reviews are saying. There were a few teenagers making strange noises when I came in to place my order and the staff didn’t do anything untward, and handled it pretty well.

Had a bowl with gluten free seasoned rice with grilled chicken, peppers, tomatoes, cheese and tortilla strips. So good!! The lady taking the order was very knowledgeable, the tortilla chips that they give you in a bag is cross contaminated but the strips are gf. The seasoning on the rice is the same as the grilled chicken both gf.

The woman who I believe was the manager was very rude to my husband and me. We ordered burrito bowls for ourselves and a quesadilla meal for our son. After we paid, she bagged up our food but forgot our son’s meal. We politely said, “Could you grab the quesadilla and sides for the kids’ meal?” and she responded, “This isn’t Burger King, you need to be patient.”
Her attitude was completely unnecessary — we were calm and simply reminding her of the missing item. Mistakes happen, and we would’ve been fine waiting. She then walked away, and we had to ask again for the chips that were supposed to come with our queso and bowls.
To top it off, she told us to sign up for rewards even though we had already given her our rewards number, which she had confirmed.
Overall, we left disappointed to be treated so rudely over such a small and easily fixed issue. We just didn’t want to have to turn around and come back.

When we got there the employees were bent over the counter on their phones. Absolutely no greeting what so ever. This was my husbands and 2 of my children’s fiest time being inside of a Qdoba, and they were not impressed. After getting our food we sat down, and juat about every table up top is dirty and the floors r filled with food. While we sat and ate, the employees went bck to being on their phones. I will not be going back with me or my husband or any of my children. Its quiet sad to see so little work ethic! Even my children weren’t impressed with them being on their phone while working, my son is 10 and my daughter is 12..

While ordering there was an employee on Pokemon go the whole time not paying attention with the volume all the way up. When not taking our orders, the employees were sitting down on their phones without washing hands and touching there face. I saw the same guy who was playing Pokemon go pick his nose and scratch his crotch and just continue on. Also, none of the employees knew how to make food properly, no meat, they added a mountain of cilantro and my friends who ordered burritos had to get them double wrapped and they werent even burritos, they were taller than they were long. The service is terrible too, they were rude, dirty and dirty clothes, no gloves, and honestly should be fired. The people working at around 8 pm on Monday February 17th should be reconsidered as employees. Thank you.

Chicken tasted like charcoal, not a hint of chicken, couldn’t eat it. Bathroom was a disgusting mess, manager was very rude and walked away during conversation.
