Bad experience proving hiring good staff is a thing of the past. I walked in about 20 minutes before closing and there were three people standing behind the counter cleaning. Yes it was close to closing but they still had the line of food out and it wasn’t yet closed. I stood in front of them, literally right in front of all of them at the counter and no one even looked up at me. I was the only customer and was just standing there being outright ignored. When the girl finally stopped sweeping and slowly sauntered over without even bothering to look up, it was obvious she was annoyed I was there. I politely asked if they had white rice in the back without cilantro (which is a common request I make as someone with the gene that makes cilantro taste like soap…..and every time I’ve asked, I’ve never been told no)…..so I asked and she just said no outright. I asked if she would be willing to check and she said no they don’t make it that way. I mentioned I’ve received it from this location every other time I’ve come and she said “well we don’t do that”. All of this with a teenagers attitude. It was infuriating and I decided to leave.

Stopped in around 9pm. Three workers very slow, and not inviting. Got a make your own burrito, and when asked what meat I said chicken. The two guys look into the chicken bowl and realized it was empty. Instead of asking me if I’d like to choose another or getting more, they put what I assumed to be another type of chicken into my burrito without saying anything to me. They both acknowledged it so I know it wasn’t mistake, one of them shrug and the other quitely smiled. First bite and I find out it’s pork! I wasn’t told it was pork! Now I was just upset because I didn’t know and I don’t like pork but image if I was allergic or my religion forbid eating pork. Overall it ruined the burrito I paid for, since it wasn’t what I asked for.

This place is a disgusting mess. Dirty, extremely slow service, not enough staff, rude staff, too busy completing online orders while the line is 20 customers deep, flies everywhere. Walked in and left immediately, the line wasn’t even moving. Do yourself a favor and go up the block to Chipotle.

The food is always usually good, if you don’t like qdoba then you wouldn’t like the food lol. Service isn’t horrible but last time I went they tried to short me on chips, I asked for more tho since I noticed and they gave me more so that was good. Environment is a little mediocre though, just kinda bland and boring

If you like dirty tables, cold meat, slow registers, and workers who just enjoy talking to each other then this is the Qdoba for you! The chip serving is half of what other locations give you. Had problems at this location before but came again and was disappointed again

Today 04/18/2023 was my first time going to this location and my last! My portion sizes was so skimpy I had to keep asking for seconds of everything. The manager was putting chicken in my bowl and he was trying to not pour the entire spoonful in my bowl! Just disgusting! The spoons they’re using are not the standard size they’re supposed to be using! I had a teaspoon of shredded cheese and had to ask for more! I usually always have half a bowl leftover but today I ate my entire bowl and I’m still hungry! For anyone who loves big portion sizes that you’re supposed to get, go to the Wauwatosa or Grafton location you won’t be disappointed!!! Let this location go out of business please!!
