I come to this Qdoba usually once a week and am disappointed by today’s meal. I am a vegetarian and selected no protein on my online order and there were two pieces of meat that were in my bowl that I found after I started eating. I’m really disappointed by this and hope that this store is more aware and careful when preparing meals. I love this place and will be returning but did have to pick at my bowl like a bird to make sure I didn’t eat any meat.

I ordered delivery at 8:30 PM for my colleges at the restaurant I work at. Delivery driver was great. The food was lazy. We didn’t get our crispy shell for our taco salad bowl. The 3 burritos we ordered were mostly tortilla with inconsistent filling. One of them had extra meat added to the order which was not given. The chips received were very lacking. Ordered chips and queso and a quarter of the bag was filled. I usually have great experiences here but today was awful. Unfortunately lost a lot of potential customers. I get it was a late order but if the ingredients were not available for the standard order it should have been communicated. Whatever the case for this very disappointing experience. Even after the expected delivery fees and markup we wouldn’t pay the regular price in store for what we received.

A lot of nit picky reviews here so I was skeptical of going for dinner BUT lemme say, wow! Great tasting food, healthy, reasonably priced, fair portions, and the young kids working are doing their best and a great job in my book. I will return!

Food was not satisfied at all , rice is clumpy not all the way done & when I walked in workers were obnoxiously loud and area was not cleaned at all. Steak is crunchy, no flavors whatsoever. It just didn’t taste good at all. The cafe area is dirty. There is workers shoes and purses in the booths. The one worker did not know how to use the cashier system properly. Ringing up wrong, and didn’t know how to redeem my rewards . They sitting on the phones right now. Wearing open toed crocs to work I don’t think that sound right. Area just wasn’t a good vibe , food wasn’t good. Left their Culver’s trash and bags in the cafe area. Little to no lids or straws by the drink area. Overall bad food, bad vibe and not going to come back. ALSO THE FOOD WAS LOWKEY COLD.

A BIG Thanks to the team that worked the lunch shift today! I had put in a catering order yesterday for a corporate lunch. Right before the order was supposed to be ready, an email said that their system went down and that the order was not received. After calling the manager they were able to put the order together in record time! Make your own tacos lunch was a hit!

I ordered a burrito bowl like I always do and I don’t eat meat so I ask them for extra rice since I don’t want any meat or beans. Usually they give me a decent amount to make it a decent size bowl since I’m paying full price regardless. The young kid working barely even gave me a regular size scoop let alone any extra. I was ordering two bowls so I didn’t realize how little was actually in there until I got home and realized my bowl felt weightless and when I opened it I realized it wasn’t even halfway full. It wasn’t even enough for a child to eat and is mostly lettuce. I didn’t order a salad, I ordered a burrito bowl. I typically go to Chipotle and have never had this happen to me and just happens to be closer to Qdoba and thought it was worth trying. Definitely a big mistake. $13 for this is definitely a rip off. The nice woman who worked at the register told me they had a lot of new people she was trying to train but if they aren’t ready then they shouldn’t be the only person there who is making everyone’s orders when they aren’t ready.

Every time I visit this place, the folks there are welcoming. Even the ones that don’t smile provide excellent service. I don’t know the manager’s (owner?) name but he is funny and kind and I think that is why his people seem so cool.
My family eats Qdoba often so it’s nice to be able to walk into the store and see familiar bright faces.
The place is always clean and there are always people eating inside or on the patio.

Ordered a burrito bowl for pick up with multiple toppings. Qdoba is supposed to be better than the other restaurants because you can get all the toppings. This is not the case, they cheaped out and didn’t add all the toppings I requested (e.g., red onions, jalapenos, black beans, cojita cheese).
If you want your food done right, you gotta be there to tell them how to do their job.
