First off, the two people working here were super friendly and helpful. I told them that I haven’t been to Qdoba in over 12 years and that I go to Chipotle everyday. They were really helpful with all my questions. Also the food was really good too! The place was clean as well, plenty of parking and a good place to stop by if you need to get in and out quick. I will definitely come back again when I’m in the area. Also I have a lot of respect for them because they actually seemed like they like their job and that is so rare these days, it honestly put me in such a good mood when I left and made me excited to try it out. So a big thanks to their management and owners for selecting great people to work here.

PLEASE READ before anyone throws their money in the toilet here. I have never seen a place with such awful, disrespectful, rude, obnoxious management. I go there at least twice a month and every other time the rice is hard to the point it chipped my tooth (with proof), the food has been sitting for hours (with picture proof), and/or they are always out of half the stuff. I complain because I spend my hard earned money and they literally told this last time they will not replace my food any longer. Yes, they overcook and under prepare and are rude and have the nerve to tell me they will not correct their own mistakes. I hope corporate fires their whole team or at least trains them how to do their job. When you make food wrong, you replace it. Common sense. Except to these jokes.

I’d like to shout out Rodney, who accidentally gave me the wrong order. Rodney ended up calling my phone number and letting me know the error after i left the store. Rodney remade my food and offered me a free cookie and some chips. Honestly, this is some of the best customer service that I have ever had. Rodney really went above and beyond to make sure that my order was correct and I was a happy customer. Thank you – 10 out of 10

Came in to pick up my mobile order and showed up a little bit early and right when they opened. The lady immediately greeted me with a free drink upon apologizing for the wait (I was barely waiting). I then asked for a order of chips and queso on top of my mobile order and she included it for free. I didn’t catch your name but around 5’2 braided brown hair, you need a raise asap . Outstanding service and thank you again!

I like coming to this Qdoba especially because all the workers are so nice. But everytime I come in, I’m always served by Bre and she’s always so nice and very funny, I laugh everytime I come in here because of her! She’s also really fast of getting people out of the line in a safe manner! Kudos! Definitely will be back because of her and the other staff!
