I normally have an enjoyable experience here but whoever was working Sunday morning has no respect for the food, throwing my subs in the bag, barely even attempting to wrap it right, and cross contamination there’s food in my sub that was from the other subs that I ordered and he wasn’t bothered enough to remove it. I had a very positive experience at this Subway sandwich shop today. Not only was the sandwich a delicious but a great value and carefully made. The employee named Davi was pleasant and provided wonderful customer service. This will be my go-to location from now on!

Shout out to sandwich artist “Davi” who waited on me today at the Subway in Falmouth, MA (across from McDs) I was having some problems with the App but he patiently helped me with my order. He was very kind and genuinely wanted to assist. Not only did he provide outstanding service, but he made some awesome sandwiches too! I hope he is recognized for being a great employee that cares about the customers. Thanks Davi!

Had a very warm welcome from a blonde girl. She was very sweet and had a good conversation. She was very customer oriented to my order … I get alot of stuff on my BMT. She kept plugging away with a smile. This is my favorite place. I stop by 2-3 times a week. Keep smiling you make it a great place.

What awful customer service! The two girls that are working on January 18th, at 12:45 should be fired. I’ve never been treated so badly at a restaurant. I asked for the 499 special, the insisted on arguing with me and charging me twice the amount. And blaming me for it. If I was the manager they would not be there anymore.

Updated: DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY, OR CALL IN ORDERS HERE. Always wrong never get sandwiches right, rude employees, and dont pick up the phone. Cant even follow simple instructions. Gave them a 2nd chance but they cant tell the difference between tuna and turkey.
Previous review: Over priced,subs poorly made, toppings piled up at end of the sub, falling apart, asked for normal amount of jalapenos, got about 20 on my sandwich, last time I order through the app for this place. Apparently they need supervision or they make it sloppy and wrong.

I placed an order online and when I arrived to pick it up they had to ask me what my sandwiches were. My order went through but for some reason it didn’t tell them what I ordered I guess. So other than having to wait a little longer for my food, everything else was fine.
