Went in for dinner after a long day and decided to try this Mexican place I’d been hearing about. The food came out pretty quick and everything looked fresh. I ordered tacos and a side of rice and beans, and it all tasted solid, nothing over the top but done right. The salsa had a nice kick, though it could’ve been a bit thicker in my opinion. Staff was polite and checked in without hovering too much, which I liked. Prices felt fair for the portions you get. Overall it was a good, easygoing meal and I’d be fine coming back again when I’m in the area.

Idk who’s writing these false reviews but please stop lying! This is my 2nd time trying out this specific location and it was disgusting! Everything always tastes so burnt or overly charred. The station is always a mess! Like dirty dirty. And they are never that busy to the point where it has any reason to look like it does. The workers always have attitudes and act like they don’t like working. Just need to restart this whole location

Tuesday, December 2, 2025. This is probably one of the worst Qdoba I’ve ever been to in my life horrible wait times and there’s only one employee working and they are very rude disrespectful hire more workers for this place. Manager needs to do better employees you suck at what you do. I see 3 customers needed sliverware and they didn’t attend to them.

I came in an hour before close today. Already most of the way shut down, nothing I asked for was “available”. Only things that were out was a “tiny bit” of queso, per the workers words, steak, and rice. Still ended up paying for a rice bowl, so disappointed this is probably the worst qdoba I’ve been to.

I want to start by saying I am normally a HUGE fan of QDoba and think they typically offer a better product than Chipotle… But this QDoba needs help. I realize they just opened but their service and care is incredibly lacking. The place is FILTHY and it just opened a few weeks ago. There was food spilled everywhere and no one seems to care. In addition, they still don’t offer all of their products so I just ordered chips and queso…. I don’t mean to sound stingy but this cup is not even close to filled up. I hope they can figure it out because I was very excited about having QDoba in the Michigan Union and as of right now I can never go back to this particular location. I would much rather walk two blocks down the street to Chipotle.
