I have visited this particular location since the restaurant has opened. The staff has always been professional, friendly, and helpful and the food is simply amazing. I love the various options that they offer. I had the pleasure of having Angelica to take care of me, and she created an amazing steak burrito bowl. I upgraded and added extra meat and added a Cholula Chicken which was sweet and spicy. I love their section of salsa’s, and the food is seasoned to perfection. On my way out there was an amazing associate, and I took a pic of his creation as well. As you can see I made it a meal with queso cheese, chips and a drink.

When it comes to fast casual chains, I always have three main points of concern. Quality, quantity, and service. I’m happy to report that at this location, portions are large, and staff are attentive. However, the steak in my bowl was a little bit bland and could have been juicier.

Wow…talk about bad behavior. Ordered online…quick and easy…go to pick it up and there was an argument from the employee to a customer wanting to beat the customer up. My driver left feeling unsafe so I didnt get my order. Which is understandable. They wouldnt let me cancel my order due to being an online order. Manager said Call customer service I dont care what you tell them click…okay

Ms.Thai at the bottom of my review doesn’t have a clue of what she’s talking about. That Lorenzo guy was being unprofessional and difficult , he didn’t let the woman get her food for her two kids cuz it wasn’t made like a kids meal so “he say” (even tho it was made in little bowls ) so since he didn’t let her get the food the lady said well you can take it and just make the bowl like the kids meal and I’ll pay for it , he then said “we can’t just be wasting food” as if he’s not going to give her anything basically, so she got his name and who ever is over him name and number and walked out with her husband and 2 kids and as they are leaving he tells another customer do she want some free food super loud ,so her and her husband came back in and and started throwing food ,forks and straws, which was well deserved because why wouldn’t he just let them pay for it and leave. The guy Lorenzo wanted to start something for no reason so he got what he deserved. If you wanted to give their food to someone you could’ve atleast waited til they left but he wanted to be a jerk and yell it out so he got what was coming to him.

My experience huh? This location is disgusting, I ordered a chicken bowl and found a baby blue acrylic nail in my bowl. I THANK GOD it never touched my mouth or went inside!!! As I was eating I usually move my food around and watch what I’m putting into my mouth, I then noticed a light blue piece of “something “ sticking out the jalapeño I know for a fact nothing in my bowl suppose to be this color. I then picked it up and behold an acrylic nail. I’m so disgusted I’m glad I didnt eat most of the bowl by the time I caught the nail. I called the store and spoke to Tim the general manager, no apologies or anything. He then went on to say that his “staff isn’t allowed to wear fake nails” a lie because how did one appear in my bowl? He did offer me a free entree but no thank you!!! After what I just found in my food I’m cool, I would never go back! Please keep that nasty stuff. This experience has been terrible! To find someone eles nail in your food how would you feel? That nail could have been anywhere!!! It just shows how irresponsible, unsanitary, and careless the staff is. 0/10

Night Manger Lorenzo was very professional and patient. There was an incident with an irate customer in which he handled tactfuly to attempt to descalate the situation, despite the customer and their partner throwing things at him. No one should have to deal with this. The staff dealt with the situation with the authorities . They continued to clean up the store and kept serving customers despite the ordeal that took place. Again amazing team! This location does not skimp on the portions.

Never tried Qdoba before. It was a lot of food for the price and guacamole was free compared to their competitors. Chips were a little too salty but were fresh and hot. Will definitely come back.

My husband and I ate lunch here for the first time and I have to say that it was pretty good. Comparable to Chipotle, in the sense of how you order and, the type of food you can but the flavor of the food is definitely different.

Always have delicious food hot and fresh! Staff always helpful and kind we live in Illinois and travel to this location never a disappoint! Try the cookies n brownies too so yummy!
