Never tried Qdoba before. It was a lot of food for the price and guacamole was free compared to their competitors. Chips were a little too salty but were fresh and hot. Will definitely come back.

The queso is good and I used to frequent this location over the last several years but the service has consistently went down hill. I just don’t enjoy coming here anymore. There are too many other options nearby to accept poor level of service.

This recent visit not sure if the lady was new but, she was a little stingy with the food and I come to this location often and their usual generous with the portion! Also unless they’ve recently change how they give you queso she cheated me by giving me it inside a condiment cup instead of the usual small bowl. Just quality of food isn’t matching these prices nowadays, much rather cook than spend money at these establishments!

The food area is always messy. Every time I have gone here I have gotten sick. Tried them Saturday again for the 1st time in a very long time. Got sick again same day. Never again. This location just doesn’t care enough about cleanliness. The workers are a bit rude so maybe more training is in order. Rude customer service plus dirtiness is not an appealing combination.

Came in around 8pm on a Saturday, restaurant was in disarray, tables dirty, food everywhere, still willing to eat and wait since maybe they just had a rush. Can see through the kitchen and watch two male employees standing partially inside/outside the kitchen smoking cigarettes and proceeded to continue working without washing their hands. Food did not taste good and the older blonde woman must not have had a good day but the customer service was pretty rough. Hopefully next time is a better experience.

one star because i didn’t even get a chance to eat 🙂 some very rude lady maybe with purple-ish or red-ish hair working around 11:30am on 04/08/23 denied service. she said because she is short staffed she is only taking two customers at a time and we can come back later. from a customers perspective, i would be a bit more understanding if she just explained she was short staffed so there would be a little bit of a wait for service. but you don’t deny someone service right at the door and say to leave. from a business perspective, that was a huge no-no. this location is surrounded by so many more establishments to eat at. right next door is chipotle, a competitor with qdoba. spent $40 there right after being denied service. will continue to spend $40 there because after being rudely denied, i won’t even try to come to qdoba again. again, i understand the stress of short staff issues but you don’t tell people to leave and come back. like she literally wasn’t allowing more than 2 people in the building. instead of explaining wait times, she expected people to wait outside until someone left or come back at a more convenient time? big losses are coming for this location if they don’t fix their staffing issues, or customer service issues. funny how chipotle also had only two employees working, yet didn’t stop me seconds after walking in and tell me to come back.

Walked into this qdoba to get dinner after a long day at work. When I walked in there was an employee on FaceTime standing by the drink machines. No one behind the counter. I stood there for a couple min before the employee came back around the counter STILL ON FACETIME. Went to start my order and I was looking at him because he hadn’t washed his hands and then he decided to and was like “I’m going to go wash my hands”. Again still talking to whoever was on FaceTime. Comes back over to start my order- still talking on FaceTime. Gets about halfway through making my bowl and is saying stuff to the person on FaceTime saying “imma bout to beat that a**” and other things. Apologizes to me for saying that. Another employee came up from the back at this time and said he couldn’t be on the phone and took the phone. Rest of ordering was fine. Food was cold and not very good. Super disappointed. 0/10. Would not recommend.

Don’t eat at this location!! Went there last night for chicken nachos, found multiple pieces of bones and fat in my chicken that i almost broke my tooth on. Woke up this morning puking up the little bit of nachos i ate, and feeling sicker than a dog. Definitely unhygienic and doesn’t care if there’s bones in their food. Never eating here again. $30 on 2 bowls (not meals bc we didn’t get drinks) wasted.

Ok so I looked at the reviews before I went this afternoon and by the last review being 2 weeks ago I figured the store would be in much better shape Omg this place needs to be cleaned I have pictures it looks a mess and the counter lady had to make 6 bowls you would think someone from the back would come assist but no the manager or the young man who was prepping food didn’t help I will not be returning bc although previous customers placed their complaints nothing has been done to clean up the store and the food was not good this was actually the worst that I’ve had i need corporate number ASAP the manager or the supervisor for this store should be fired immediately
