So I went to Qdoba to get a burrito and was HIGHLY impressed. It’s was not about just the food which was fresh but the service is fantastic. I was waited on by a young woman name Ginny that greeted me when I came in and had great customer service, had me out the door in no time. The guacamole was so fresh and delicious with my chips. Like some of best I’ve ever had. I know where I’ll get my burritos and Mexican food at now. Definitely will be back. Thanks again

The employees seemed fine and service was quick. My complaint is about the quality and taste of the food. I ordered a chicken burrito and got some peppers and onions added to the burrito with no beans. The amount of black burnt char I picked from my burrito made it unappetizing and inedible. It tasted like I was eating a chunk of cheesy charcoal in every bite. I ended up throwing well over half of it away. If I weren’t already at home I would have said something but didn’t know how bad it was until later. This is the second time I’ve had nasty tasting food from this location and I regret giving it a second try.

Addyson and Bella took expert care of my wife and me. We’re pretty regular customers, so they immediately changed their gloves to accommodate our food allergy needs. I also wanted the Cholula & honey chicken promo and they were out, but Addyson whipped up a batch for me really quick. We came pretty close to closing time, so the restaurant was really clean but we still got excellent care and service. We love our Q’doba and the team members we’ve come to know.

First of all, we had to wait a little while for them to have white rice. The only protein they seemed to have was chicken. Maybe they had ground beef as well but come on, no one actually gets that. The tables had garbage all over them, and yet the workers still decided it was beneficial to stand around and do nothing. The reason this is two stars are not one is because the brother decided to load us up on food. Not the Qdoba I would suggest, but if you really want some chicken, maybe the spot. Also, we had to ask for forks, or else we would have have been stuck eating our chicken with spoons.

When I went in, I had placed a mobile order on the app 30 minutes before I had gotten there thinking it would be ready but it wasn’t and they weren’t busy. When they made my food, it was put together messily, cold and the portion was small. I’d expect that from a mini bowl but not a regular sized bowl. I definitely will not be back

My Daughter in law and myself was in there Friday Dec.19th. When we first went in there we was the only ones. The lady said I will be with you in a min. It was more like 5 min. When other employees finally came up and took our order. There was 4 employees there and between the 4 of them they couldn’t check on our order and burned both of our orders. We couldn’t eat them. 12/19 visit have to drop rating from 5 to 2 stars, last few visits they’ve given us wrong items that we ordered through the app and didn’t check until getting home but this last trip my wife and I both got sick which carried on for over 24 hours, won’t ever eat at this location again….
I always forget this place is here… First time eating at the Georgetown location and it was great, fresh and healthy, tough to beat!!! Enjoy… Highly recommend

Qdoba should be ashamed of themselves……. My wife got a almost empty bowl from here tonight….. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves treating customers like this….. Crazy and sad…. I’m calling corporate tomorrow…
Advice never use the app always go in and get your bowl made because these people don’t put nothing in them bows when it comes to go order…. They ought to be ashamed of themselves…. Management should be ashamed of themselves…. The owners should be ashamed of themselves…. So sad I hope corporate investigates them for what they’re doing to their customers…

I just ordered from this place.
The guac I got is full of avocado shells. By full I didn’t take one bite that didn’t have the shell in it.
Meat was burnt to a crisp.
Went back for a second time. Again worst Qdoba I’ve ever had. Who ever owns this place must be ready to run it into the ground.
Rice is pure lime salt, meat is ALWAYS burnt and salty.
I just can’t believe it and I went with a friend that got a bowl and took 3 bites.
It’s wild how consistently terrible the product is.
