I used to love Qdoba but I had too many bad experiences and stopped going there for a couple of years. Yesterday I decided to try again. Well, here is a pic of the guacamole that came with my quesadilla. If they don’t have a problem serving something so revolting to the customer, I don’t want to know what is going on in the kitchen.

For the price they give a good amount of food! Look at how much cheese and steak my quesadilla has, that is the most i’ve gotten for an item that price, compare to other places. Also the steak is seasoned pretty good. I almost finished the meal before i took a picture (6 slices down to 2) since it’s so good! Their kid’s menu have a lot of options too

I grew up on Qdoba but the prices and portion sizes are getting crazy. I always watch them make it before deciding if I want double meat. Today looked a little light so I added Birria to my chicken burrito. When I got to the checkout, my total was $18.80 which shocked me. Turns out the cashier rang up my burrito as Birria and added chicken (instead of chicken, add Birria. if I ordered on the app it would have been $14) not to mention the amount of Birria was a dollop. Pretty brutal

I ordered the surf and turf bowl. I got it with white rice, pinto beans, fajita vegetables, cilantro and corn. The rice was old or under cooked, the fajita veggies were mostly red onion and not fresh the beans were bland. The steak was overcooked and flavorless. The shrimp was also lacking flavor and water logged because they have it sitting in some kind of liquid. For $15 I expected way better quality food. As far as customer service…..
I witnessed the cashier and GM of the store being extremely rude to a security guard that ordered food and there was some kind of mistake or misunderstanding. The GM kept telling her she was wrong, talking over her while she was trying to explain what was wrong. Then he told her to not cause a scene, the cashier and him were laughing and told her to take her food and leave. She asked to speak to a superior, the manager said , “ I’m the manager this is MY store, you have to talk to me.
If there was a misunderstanding about what was ordered, why not hear the customer out and fix the problem? Instead the cashier and GM was extremely rude and disrespectful to the customer in front of other customers. So the food and customer service was bad. I hope corporate sees this. The GM does not need to be running that restaurant with that kind of attitude.

We eat at here very often and very rarely have any issues. But tonight we ordered a mobile order like we always do and when I arrived I noticed no one was up front and looks like they were half way closed. It was 8:50 when we ordered and showed up at 9:05 they close at 10. When someone came up front they asked if I had a mobile order then had to go to there ticket machine and find my order out of the 5 that were there, they haven’t even started the order yet. If it was just that I wouldn’t be leaving this review but one lady has her hair down and another gentleman was touching his face and then the food I’ve never felt this negative towards this establishment until now

If I could give a zero star i would. 4 times in the past month I have been there in the evening only to be absolutely disappointed or just blown off. Mind you their hour’s say the are open till 10pm. That’s not true if you go there after 9pm they will either have already locked the door on you and just stare at you when you try to walking but cant. I guess it’s funny to them. I went last night 30 mins before they closed just for some simple chips and queso. I tried to place my order on the app but they had already close that off where you couldn’t order online. Got lucky and they hadn’t locked the door yet. I walk in and order 2 large chips and quesos. They guy makes my queso and then he says. My bad we are out of chips meanwhile there 20 bags of chips bagged up on the table behind me. Having working in a place like this before I know they can literally make more in 10 mins or less but they couldn’t be bothered out of the 3 of they guys that were there. He also wouldn’t let me have any of the ones already bagged. So I got 2 quesos and no chips. Hadn’t eaten since breakfast and was working/driving till 2am. So getting through my night and trying to take awake with no food and empty stomach sucked!!! Thanks QDOBA FOR NOTHING !!! QUALITY POEPLE YALL GOT THERE

Qdoba located at 16631 Lancaster Hwy #101, Charlotte, NC 28277 (part of the shoppes at Audrey Kell) is a great fast food Mexican Taco/Burrito restaurant.
Excellent prices and fresh food! Friendly/helpful staffing, and the Management really cares about their customers.
Their brisket meat is my favorite along with their Taco Salad Shells. The queso is delicious as are their Fajita vegetarian. Their rice and beans is excellent too! The place to go for a quick bite mexican style!
Ps – your Application for iPhone is TERRIBLE when inputting the manual code. I was rejected 3 times and triple checked each time after it was rejected the initial time. Not good.

Me and my family paid over 50$ for 5 bowls and a burrito, beyond our suprise
, we opened our bowls and the portions of food they gave us in each meal was beyond outrageous. The size of the portions were enough to feed a small family of fleas, and that’s with everything combined. Infact I’m sure those fleas would have been left hungry aswell. I could count the pieces of lettuce and chicken in my bowl. For what we paid for I’m beyond disappointed as I’m still hungry after eating my so called dinner. Very disappointing.
