This place is just horrible. Middle of the day and the lobby is closed. I placed an app order, went to pick it up, and the lobby is closed and the drive thru is about 7 cars deep. I called to cancel my order, because I don’t want cold food. The lady I talked to said she will cancel my order and I should get a refund. But she actually put order completed like I picked it up and I doubt I will get my refund. This place is a joke, poorly ran, and thieves I guess. So fo yourself a favor and stay away from this place. You’re better off going somewhere else so they don’t rob you here.
The orange chicken had good flavor I like mine a more crunchy than soft.
The steak and peppers was delicious the meat was soft and delicate. Flavor bomb.
The fried rice was also very good. Not big chunks of meat. Perfect.
The noodles were plain to me.
The egg rolls were crunchy which I loved. But not very Flavorful.
Crab ragoons my kids loved them.
They definitely give you alot of food for your money.
You are basically paying for speed of service, but you’re probably going to get better food at any local Chinese place.
The honey walnut shrimp was good, but the portion was small.
The fried rice was dry and flavorless. The main taste that came through were the peas and carrot cubes that shout “low quality”.
The chicken egg roll was also very disappointing. It lacked the crispness of traditional egg rolls and had way too much ginger.
Not to mention, the fortune cookie even seemed underdone.
Also, there’s no soy sauce available unless you request it.
I honestly don’t understand how this chain has done so well. My best guess is that most of the proteins are deep fried and covered in an extra sugary sauce.
I ordered sesame chicken, which arrived looking like it was glazed with melted Jolly Ranchers and regret. The sauce was so thick it clung to the fork like industrial adhesive. The chicken? I’ve had more tender experiences biting into ice. Pretty sure I heard one piece crack.
About halfway through the meal, a ceiling tile near my table started making a soft but steady dripping noise. Nothing fell, but I spent the rest of the meal looking up every 30 seconds like I was waiting for divine judgment.
