First time trying QDOBA and I was very impressed! The service, the quality, the flavor, the atmosphere, the people… the food! Way better than Chipotle. This is true authentic Mexican flavors, not just an imitation. Or maybe it’s just the people who work here that put in the hard work to make the flavors pop, either way: these are the flavors I remember growing up in a bilingual household in Houston, TX. 10 out 10!

We ordered and paid for two regular-sized breakfast burritos and got what looked like kid-sized snack wraps — barely a few bites each. If this is “regular,” is a small just a 2-inch cube? On top of that, they had barely any meat and were a sopping mess inside — missing potatoes, making it soggy, poorly wrapped, and falling apart. It feels like a cheap, deliberate attempt to cut corners and scam customers out of what they paid for. We didn’t order appetizers — we ordered meals. Whether it’s poor training or penny-pinching, it’s dishonest and unacceptable. This location needs serious oversight.

My husband and I have always been big fans of this Qdoba location. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The location is always spotless with ample seating. I genuinely do not have a negative thing to say. If you compare it to similar restaurants in the neighborhood, it provides much better food and service by far!

The restaurant is clean and well-kept, and the food is consistently fresh and flavorful. I really appreciate how they prepare everything right in front of you, and they don’t skimp on portions.

Today was my first time getting food from Qdoba Im used to going to chipotle..I was actually suprised that it wasnt packed inside..I was also suprised that they have breakfast too(breakfast burritos etc)..I ordered my food and there were way more toppings to choose from then chipotle. I ordered a bowl with brown rice black beans romaine lettuce I chose beef birria for my meat mind you they had like 6 different choices of protein maybe more.. they even had spicy queso and regular, I chose spicy, corn Pico de galo, fajita(peppers and onions) they had multiple red and green sauces most likely spicy and non spicy, cheese, sourcream. Guacamole and they also have cilantro…but what put my taste buds in heaven were their pickled red onions!! OMG I PROBABLY WILL NEVER GO BACK TO CHIPOTLE.. and that’s not even everything that you can choose as a topping…my bowl was filled to the top….. But what really made this Qdoba experience special was that my tap pay on my phone wasn’t working and I didn’t have my purse, so I was just gonna take the L and not get the food and come back another day..But the manager Mr Robinson saw my struggles and helped a sister out!!! Thank you Mr. Robinson you are a good person and it’s good to know there are some still out there!! THE FOOD WAS BOMB!! AND I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK ESPECIALLY SINCE ITS ON THE WAY TOO AND FROM SCHOOL!! YAL GO TO THIS LOCATION SPECIFICALLY FOR GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT FOOD AND DEFINITELY TO SUPPORT THOSE WHO HAVE A HEART!! THANKS AGAIN MR.ROBINSON

I placed an order through door dash at 11:50 AM. Door dash sent multiple drivers to pick up my order and they were all waiting so long to the point where each of them canceled my order and I had to wait for a new driver each time. I’ve called the store multiple times to make sure that the order was done and a man confirmed that it was. By the time the 6th driver arrived it was already after 130 pm
And I had to practically beg the young lady over the phone to either remake my order or give the driver the old one that was made over an hour ago. I didn’t care of it was cold, I would have warned it up myself. She made it seem like I was lying to her and said that my order had been delivered when it fact it wasn’t. It took so long that DoorDash canceled it and offered a refund or to place a new order. I chose to place a new order and she still gave me a hard way to go. I work in food service I’m very familiar with DoorDash I would never lie about food being delivered if it wasn’t because that affects the drivers AND your establishment. I will never order from here again.

DIRTY! Almost always! Especially the visible kitchen which is off putting and food debris everywhere. I completely understand kitchens get dirty but this is just lazy! I love doba but i avoid the canton location.
